First of all I would ask myself a question because only three reviews and a front door full of notes with compliments for the hospitality. Secondly for me hospitality is also seeing the person who is hosting you and in three days I have never seen anyone, only phone calls and WhatsApp. You can't manage a business like this without ever showing up, at least introducing yourself, 4 instructions and 4 directions, a map of the city, some suggestions, nothing! Upon our arrival 4 phone calls and n messages to be able to take possession of our room, it seems to me anything but hospitality. Moreover with continuous reassurances that we would see each other shortly or the presence of a doorman, never a face, an 'ectoplasm. Secondly I expect the dirty laundry of those who preceded us that was piled up at the entrance from Friday morning to Monday morning.... Another point, it is called B&B but in this case it means Bed&Bed (guest house), in the sense that forget about breakfast and agreements with nearby bars. In fact, we needed a bathroom when we arrived and, again by phone, we were directed to the bar next door that did not have a usable bathroom. Finally we took possession of the room, which is accessed by three flights of stairs on foot because the elevator (10 cents) broke down when we arrived, swallowing up our 10 cents. Do we want to talk about the shower and sink? with splashes everywhere due to the limescale deposited for months that blocked the flow of water, do we want to talk about the toilet that had everything except a trace of cleaning and a strip of its sanitization?, do we want to talk about the coffee machine, absent because it was being repaired?, do we want to talk about the shampoo and shower gel in jars used by others...? Not to mention the location in a perennial "market" area with all that this entails in terms of accumulations of dirt in every corner every evening and stalls every morning. Price absolutely not in line with the service offered which I consider very poor, not at all cared for in the details and with the remote mode which I consider neither correct nor indicative of education and hospitality. In short, a rating from 1 to 10, maybe 3.5...
