Or maybe the photos belong to the first years of opening of the residence, now it needs a good polish. We were placed in a first room, unfortunately with structural problems. We find ourselves in an apartment, which at first glance seems decent, but we immediately realize that the environment is not exactly sparkling clean: limescale on the taps and in the shower, dusty hob and shelves, ruined top, smelly oven. Humidity also on the walls. Subsequent problems with hot water, with a hiccuping boiler, solved during the stay, but which should have been avoided anyway. Poor soundproofing of the rooms: being close to a tunnel, the noise of the cars is particularly intense during the night. The elevator then, during the week works either with 10 cents per trip or with the garage key, which however, as it happened, did not work for us. The smell of cooking in the stairs is not very appealing... But it is a residence, we can overlook it. Good air parking for the car and the availability of the host. Everything else needs to be reviewed, starting with the cleaning team and then a good rejuvenation, with attention to detail.
