The location is very good, right on the busiest Teldo Street and very close to Galleria Umberto. There was a beautiful girl named Elalian at the front desk, I guess that was her name. She was very nice. She helped me print my tickets and told me how to get to the Naples outlet. The key is that the price of this hotel is very affordable.

We stayed here for two nights and it was incredible! The location is perfect, so close to everything that you just go out and you're in the middle of everything. The room was beautiful and spacious and the bed was so comfortable! Breakfast is good and the service was great. I will definitely come back here.

Booked at short notice due to air traffic strike. Chose bases on convenidnt location Very pleasantly surprised as it was a great place to stay .... stylish, convenient, and great staff And prosecco in room which was unexpected Special thanks to reception

We stayed here for two nights. The location is perfect close to the port and also right in the city. Room was clean, good bed, great shower, toiletries. Kettle in the room for tea and coffee. Also on the landing is a coffee machine and pastries. We felt breakfast was disappointing in a small room with plastic table and chairs, not much Choice and nothing cooked to order. For the location I would recommend.

Qualifty and service the best location in Naples , modern, good sweets and breakfast. People so nice and helpfull giving us many tips The proximity to the subway and to the Finiculaire make this hotel the perdect one in the area. They offer the best sfogliatelle !

We booked 8 rooms for a family event, a celebration of a wedding in Napoli. The entire communication was spot on, every request was treated with respect and we even got the bride and groom's suite upgrated with no chrage. The hotel offers a great value for money for its facilities, both breakfast and maintenance. The cherry on top was ita prime location in the center of the center; via Toledo. Thank you for a wonderful stay and a 5 stars hospitality with a smile.

Staff were amazing, went above and beyond expectations, bringing us breakfast to our room before it was served as we were leaving for the airport very early. Breakfast was great and they accommodated for gluten free too. Location is very good can walk most places and the rooms were huge.

Wonderful, everything at the top: kindness of the staff, complete breakfast, spacious, beautiful and clean rooms but the best part is the location, very central. Do I recommend it?!? ABSOLUTELY YES On the last day they even left us room to put down our suitcases and wash ourselves at the end of the day, incredibly super!
