Absolutely awful customer service. Rang several times with a problem and was past from department to another. I explained i booked the wrong date by mistake and they refused to help or even change my booking date. ££ grabbing scam and when i did eventually go the place was awful

The staff was very rude and unhelpful. Our Air-conditioning in 2 rooms didn't work and instead of finding a solution, the staff told me that it's my fault the AC didn't work because according to her, I "didn't know how to use AC". 2nd night, I begged them to change our rooms. And after about 30mins, they did. In the new rooms also, AC didn't work in both room. We had to sleep in the heat sweating all night. The beds are weak, too low, and too soft. We woke up feeling beat up. We left our artwork in the room on checkout. I sent a message to the ladies to look for it. Without checking and having no effort, she told me there was nothing in the room. Also, I had to have a back and-forth with her until 1 hour when she finally decided to work. And then, she found the painting. The bathroom has a huge tub with an impractical standing shower. The bedrooms have 14 (fourteen) celling lights. It looks like a car showroom when the lights are on. It's too bright to put on, and some red and green mood lights are also too low to see anything. And then you have to pay money to use the lifts. So how are you supposed to take your bags to the 2nd floor? The hotel is too far from the reception. The least they could do is to offer a shuttle from the check-in point to the accommodation. Everything about this company is about making money, but they have no idea what hospitality means. Lastly, on our check-out, we asked for late checkout till 5 pm, which we're willing to pay. The ladies again said to us that we can only stay from 11 am. to 12pm. for €25. In all......PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY AND BE TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF PAPER.

This one of the worst places I have ever had the unfortunate experience of staying in. Do your self a favor and find somewhere else to stay Naples is a beautiful city, this "hotel" will ruin your experience. They are scammers, extremely rude people with 0 hospitality experience. The locations disclosed when you book are where you'll take your keys before you're rudely sent off to another location. In my experience it was a loud and unpleasant neighborhood that I had to walk to by myself with an italian map in hand. If this wasn't problematic enough I have now been begging to get a refund of my own my money for months , while they have once lied the money has been refunded and other times utterly ignoring my enquiry. Read through all the reviews on this so called hotel before you make a reservation unless you don't mind being g ripped off.

So I had to come here for work. Their reviews said high speed internet. So far I haven’t been able to connect to wifi at all, the sign in the front can not be the correct name because it does not show up at all. The reception was a little rude. The rooms are clean and it is a very nice place though. I still can’t find the hot tub so far.

We booked this “hotel” via bookings.com as they were recommended. Big mistake, you check in at another location and they drive you to the room(the driver was nice). The street outside is dirty and the building is old. We had the room with the hot tube, it’s vile. Decorated like a *******, white glitter walls with dirt marks all over, tacky red lights and a weird bed set up. Theres horrible glass bricks between the bathroom and bedroom and the bathroom picture light doesn’t turn off so the bedroom has light in it all night. The bed is comfortable but they only give you two pillows the curtains are black with silver glitter but not black out. The road outside is busy with constant traffic and people shouting and hanging around. If you want to sleep you stand no chance. I didn’t feel safe in the location or walking around it’s just not what you expect. I’d say pay more and stay in a secure proper hotel or book an AirBnb as that is effectively what this place is. Avoid at all costs as they don’t help you once they have your money.
