Eventhough I came to Napoli during the storm and with a really awful flight, the staff was really kind while giving me instructions for self-check in. The instructions were easy and straighforward so I was able to settle down quickly after an exhausting journey. As I entered the room, I noticed everything is designed with taste and it instantly comfirms the fact that Italian people know a lot about style! Despite the fact that I was starving I decided against going out in the rain again.Thank god there was a cute packet of free chips and some pie, what a lovely gesture! The clean up of the room seemed really nice; even my stuff were tidied up in a nicely fashion, the towels were freshly changed eventhough I didn't ask for them and the room smelled nicely. I was given a breakfast voucher for a little coffeeplace just around the corner - what an Italian way to experience breakfast! A quick stop for cappuccino and a foccacia and then you already dive into vibrant italian tempo of life. The thing I loved the most was the location of the premises. The taxi can drop you off just 10m away from the main door. As you step out the next morning, you basically step right into the main street with many shops and snack places getting ready, the smell is amazing and the street is full of people in the early hours already, but not too many! You find yourself in some action just as you start your italian yourney. You're basically staying at the very historical centre and all of the main sights are just a short stroll away! You can easily reach everything by foot in only 15mins of time; the main square, all other little squares, the seaside, the stops for Hop on Hof off bus. Plus there is a metro station nearby. Simply LOVED it for style, kind attitude and perfect location! You must pick this location if you want to experience as much of Napoli as possible in a few days. In case of staying longer I imagine you'd be feeling like home here. :)

A clean apartament, very well positionated ( near train station, near one of the best Pizzeria from town, in Chiaia, one of the safest area from Napoli) Is managed in a very professional way by Luciano, a person who amazed us with his kindness. Thanks, Luciano !

Ho soggiornato due notti ad inizio gennaio, in una Napoli stra-affollata. Il B&B é nel cuore di Spaccanapoli, una zona fantastica per girare a piedi e rumorosissima ma per fortuna i doppi vetri insonorizzano abbastanza bene la stanza. Acqua gratis ogni giorno, possibilità di prepararsi il caffè in stanza o fare una piccola colazione fai da te nella sala colazioni Camera dotata di tutti i set di cortesia (ciabattine, spazzolino denti, saponi) . Personale gentile MA Cattivo odore proveniente dai bagni si sentiva in tutta la struttura e nello specifico la nostra stanza aveva la doccia intasata (sistemata il giorno dopo), pulizia generale della camera piuttosto sommaria e soprattutto capelli nel letto : segnalati la sera stessa, mi é stato assicurato che avrebbero cambiato le lenzuola e invece il giorno dopo nulla é stato fatto . La colazione viene offerta nel bar esterno al b&b, si trova proprio accanto al portone ed é di buona qualità, anche se essenziale

coupure d'électricité de 23h00 à 7h30 .Personne sur place ,pas de réponse au de téléphone.impossible de dormir car la coupure d’électricité a déclenché une lumière de sécurité .la lumière de sécurité est restée allumé toute la nuit. Au moment de payer la note , il n'ont eu aucun geste commercial .Alors que nous n 'avons pas bénéficier du confort de notre chambre : pas de climatisation,plus internet car impossible de recharger le téléphone ;douche dans le noir. Mauvaises odeurs dans la chambre , moisissures dans la douche et système d'évacuation des eaux est inadapté et pas nettoyé ,Bon petit déjeuner "sucré" pâtisserie variées et de qualité. Logement bien situé, accueil sympathique de Roberto.

Abbiamo pernottato in questa struttura per due notti. Siamo stati benissimo. Personale gentilissimo ed educato. Stanze bellissime e la colazione che offrono compresa al bar sotto e buona. La posizione è ottima. Si arriva ovunque essendo così centrale. Ringrazio Oriana che è stata gentilissima e di una accoglienza che solo lei sa dare con la sua gentilezza e professionalità. A presto.
