From Cuneo and Sicily with fury, we have spent 6 amazing days in Naples. This B&B offers a great position in the heart of Naples, allowing to easily reach every point of interest in this beautiful city. The room was big, comfy and perfectly cleaned, with a good working WiFi, a nice bathroom and a useful balcony. Despite being in the crowded centre of the city, we couldn't hear any noises during the night. What to say about the hosts, Mimmo and Ivan. Two wonderful people, very friendly and professional. Always willing to give you some tips and suggestions for the best possible planning of your visits and typical restaurants to try. I would for sure recommend this B&B if you want a good and authentic Naples experience!

The owner Ivan is an ignorant man who believes all "elderly" people cannot read or understand his misleading details on ***********. Great location but steer clear of this miserable man who looks for a 10 review when he really, as a man, is a zero.

This is a great location for so many different reasons. if you are a solo traveller or a woman or travelling in a small group - this place is perfect and ridiculously safe in terms of location, set of keys, lighting, and more. I stayed here the first weekend in September 2022. The room I selected was a normal size, its like a house /place that has been converted into a B&B. The room had a bed and a bathroom inside, a tv, bathroom amenities, air conditioning...basically all the things you would expect from a hotel room. The place was PERFECT!! It was located RIGHT on the road called VIA Toledo, next to Yamamay store, so it is easily locatable. Plus, you have to open two main doors to get to your room, so you get to go through ancient Napolitano doors to get to your hotel room.. it is quite historic and splendid. It is very safe, my friend and I ( 2 women) returned home around 2 a.m. after eating and hanging out in Spanish Quarters and we felt completely safe. I had a friend visiting from America who wanted to experience Naples, so we decided to stay here. The person in charge of the B&B, I believe his name is Mimmo, he is VERY NICE. He is such a wonderful and kind person, he makes sure that you have everything you need and makes sure you understand everything. There is breakfast with the room, so in the morning you go to a common area and have the breakfast selection he has provided, plus his mother's cake. If anything, book a room here just so you can taste his mothers cake!!!! Last of all but not least, the price is AFFORDABLE! Do not be fooled by the price, thinking that because it is affordable that it may not be good. That's not true. This place is SPECTACULAR, if anything, all the OTHER places are OVERPRICED!! I will be coming to this B&B over and over again. This will NOT be the last time I will visit this hotel, I will make this my official place to stay when I am in this area of Naples. When I travel, my main thought is to find a place that feels safe and is safe, and provides convenient, clean, affordable lodging. This was the place!! I am excited to return to this establishment in the future.

I found the b and b on the internet and contacted the owner who was immediately super helpful and very kind. It immediately gave me that feeling of home and welcome. We arrived in Naples on Monday morning and parked in a car park very close to the structure that the owner had kindly indicated to us... the structure was 150m away. We were welcomed by the owner who did all the honors for us, a very nice welcoming structure and above all top cleanliness! Even though the structure is very central, you can't hear anything. Our room was really nice and comfortable with a spotless and spacious en-suite bathroom. In the room there is a small balcony overlooking the Spanish neighborhoods and it is very nice to look out and see the neighborhoods ❤️ we had a great time. The central location of the structure allows you to move around easily having the metro and Cumana very close by! Thanks for everything ❤️ we will be back soon

Alloggio perfetto per visitare il centro di Napoli. La posizione è centralissima in via Toledo, ma la stanza non viene raggiunta dal caos dei rumori della strada. La stanza è accogliente e il letto uno dei più confortevoli mai provati: finalmente un materasso matrimoniale unico e non due materassi singoli messi insieme. Anche i cuscini sono di diversi spessori, in modo da poter scegliere il più comodo in base alla necessità dell’ospite. L’accoglienza dell’host, poi, è quello che ti farà dire “ci torno!”.

Molto comoda la posizione edificio nella via dello shopping, stanze datate e colazione minimizzata. Edificio storico nel cuore della città, comodo ai servizi, personale gentile e stanze grandi ma poco curate , cucina condivisa un po’ piccolina

Davvero molto bello e accogliente, atmosfera molto calda, comodissimo per visitare il centro e raggiungere la metrò . Se tornerò a Napoli alloggerò certamente ancora qui! I gestori sono due fratelli molto simpatici e cordiali. Ottima location.
