The good: located within easy 5 minute walk from Napoli Céntrale Trenitalia Terminal. The bad: this walk crosses through a very run down part of Napoli - the Spaghetti House location does not feel safe, the streets are noisy and filthy with mystery excrement & garbage, the building is under repair but a long way away from acceptable. The B&B interior is clean but worn. The check-in process is difficult and property owner elusive to contact.

Air conditioning not working, the owner knew about it and still rented it to us, the worst night of our week of vacation in Italy. On top of that, he tells us the next day that the technician was just going to go, on a Saturday afternoon😂

I stayed with some friends of mine on December 27th, located 600m from the metro park, it is very convenient for those who have to travel by metro and super recommended for both children and families. The structure is welcoming and super clean and the owner is very helpful for any request.

They didn't clean my room for the whole four days with excuses that weren't in heaven or on earth. Seriousness and competence are things that do not belong to these gentlemen. Contacted by phone they were scrambling.
