We stayed at Gram Suites for 4 nights.
The location is very convenient—about a 10-minute walk from the metro/train station and just a few minutes from the bus stop to the city center, which made getting around Naples really easy for us.
Max, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful. We really appreciated his warm hospitality and quick responses to any questions we had.
The room itself is cleaned daily, which is a nice hotel touch, but the overall vibe feels a bit more like a hostel or Airbnb: cozy and casual rather than super polished.
There were a couple of issues during our stay (sorry Max, we were too shy to mention these in person):
Noise: The room is close to a road, so it can get quite noisy at night. If you are sensitive to noise like my friend, I would definitely recommend bringing earplugs (she could barely sleep)
Mosquitoes: We had quite a few mosquitoes in the room and ended up killing 1–2 every day. Despite using mosquito spray, both my friend and I got bitten several times. Strangely, we didn’t have this problem anywhere else in Naples.

The outside doesn’t look great but once your inside it’s very clean and charming. Host is lovely. I enjoyed my stay and rooms were spacious. Just remind the host when your arriving as we forgot to do this and waited for message to get into property. I would recommend the stay as reasonable priced with breakfast.

wonderful place to fit a family! Spacious room with comfy bed and spacious restroom. Importantly, there is a lift to the apartment, and everything is new. It’s good for travellers with suitcases. Safe area to walk around in the night and a close walk to metro line 2 and castles near the port. 15-min subway to the historic center and archeological museum.
Easy self check-in and out, the owner is very friendly and helpful. Rooms fit with the pictures. It’s your top choice to stay in Naples for sure.

Hotel location is good, less than ten minutes walk from the subway station, the room is very quiet, breakfast is eaten at the coffee shop next to it, the variety is not too much, but it is very fresh, the bread is freshly baked, the juice is very good, from the Diego Maradona stadium I want to go to for ten minutes walk, It is only a few minutes away from the Naples Coast Corridor. After dinner, it is a very good choice to go to the beach. If I go to Naples in the future, I will choose here.

A great hotel located on the upper floors of the station building. You can take the subway or the suburbs.
A large room with comfortable beds and a sleigh. It's all right.
Breakfast is delicious, though not so diverse. You won't stay hungry. Coffee is cooked for you in the bar and the waiters are brought.
The staff is also very friendly.
We extended our stay for one night

The hotel is very clean and is conveniently located. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is excellent with a wide range if choices. The family room is a good size for a family of four.
It was hard to find the building when we arrived as there is no clear sign indicating where the hotel is.

Номер чистый, в номере шкаф, две тумбочки, холодильник,телевизор, большая кровать, один стул, есть балкон со столиком. Белье и полотенца меняют раз в 4 дня, уборка каждый день. Классные аутентичный деревянные потолки. Завтрак с 8 до 11: чай/кофе, круассан, йогурт, печеньки. Чай можно попить в течение дня. В целом кухней пользоваться не запрещали: там все есть. Приятные хозяева и сервис.

But there are a few shortcomings, the store's English communication is a bit poor, the accent is a bit heavy, but very enthusiastic and responsible. In addition, the toilet of this room type is outside the house and needs to be opened with a key. It is very inconvenient. I am worried that I will be locked outside with a key. There is no breakfast, and there is no place to buy breakfast nearby. They wake up and open the store very late. They need to prepare in advance or buy milk breakfast. Special attention is paid to the second floor of the European population.

We were very careful all the way, the ID wallets were all placed in the hotel safe, and on the last day we were leaving, we took them out, a wallet in a schoolbag and one in my coat pocket. Then I thought about going downstairs for breakfast. As a result, after returning to the house after breakfast, I didn't notice it, put on my clothes and picked up the bag and left. As a result, it was not long before I was out of the hotel to refuel the car. I found that the wallet was still in the coat, but the money was gone. A quick look at the school bag found that the wallet in the school bag was also there, but the money was not seen for a total of 600 euros. Because I was in a hurry to catch the train, I couldn't go back or report the case. I have read it carefully. It should be during breakfast that we reported the room number in the restaurant. It must be the hotel staff who stole money in the room. And it must be a veteran. After eating for half an hour, everything in the room was not moving. However, the wallet is still stealing money. Don't ever go to this hotel again, it's terrible
