The only thing that surprises is a paid elevator - it is necessary to pay 20 cents to use them.

Clean, safe and prime location, 5-min walk to Piazza del Plebiscito and easily accessible by Metro M1 (Municipio is the closest stop from the train station Napoli Centrale). The B&B is on the 4th floor in an apartment building, with a small elevator.
