As other reviews have said, this hotel should be suitable for self-driving tourists. Many people come to this hotel for self-driving tours, mostly local tourists, not many foreigners. The English of the front desk is very good, the room is quite large, and the view outside the window is also very beautiful. It takes at least 20 minutes to walk to the nearest Kintetsu station. If you pull the luggage, it is really tiring. The decoration of the hotel is indeed a bit old, but it does not affect the quality. It is still very high. The embellishment everywhere reflects the designer's elegant taste.
This hotel is very close to the city's first school. There is a large supermarket next to it. There are super many people, most of whom are locals. If I go to Nara next time, I might consider it again.

The location is quite far from JR Nara Station and Todaiji, the core of Nara travel, but Kintetsu Railway Shin-Omiya Station is a 10-minute walk away and Heijogu Historical Park is close. Bicycles are also available for rent, but there is a fee and there are no electric bicycles. Hot springs available in the spa’s main bath.
