Top Joe's Townhouse

A great stay at Top Joes with friends. The rooms had everything we needed and tastefully decorated. The staff were really friendly and attentive - breakfast was excellent. It’s ideally situated in the heart of Narberth with onsite parking. Will definitely return!

Callum (the guy with all the piercings) & his team of staff made our stay perfect. Top Joe’s in Narberth is a hidden gem with its beautifully chic & sexy stylish rooms, which blend perfectly into a warm and social restaurant for authentically Italian pizza. The homecooked breakfast the next morning was a perfect send off to our stay. With ALL ingredients locally sourced, blended in with Italian elements, this was a masterclass in modern boutique hotel experiences!

We visit the area regularly and wanted to try somewhere new. This is surrounded by shoos, restaurants, antique shops etc so great to have a look around, free parking at the rear of the property which is a bonus. We were shown to our "room" to our delight a really nice two storey cottage, not what we were expecting, little patio area outside with a small table two chairs and outside light, really peaceful and various birds around in the trees and bushes. We walked into a really big lounge with flat screen TV, two sofas, chairs, kettle and various drinks available, water and fridge in storage up in the corner hidden away. Up the stairs and nice big comfy bed, I haven't slept so well in months, dressing table with mirror and chair and bedside tables and flat screen TV on opposite wall to bed and a sofa, again really good size area, then as you walk to bathroom really big dressing area, wardrobes, then bathroom absolutely huge! Two sinks, toiletries, then loo and rainfall shower, big wet room area. We've already rebooked to go back and stay in same cottage. General Manager really friendly helpful gentleman, young gentleman on breakfast service again really nice chap and shout out to the lovely blonde lady who made my first ever batch of aperol spritz drinks, they were lush and again really nice lady, highly recommend staying here.

How disappointing. I was locked out of the townhouse on the evening. With no on site presence and the emergency telephone line not answered I had to get a taxi to Haverfordwest and pay for alternative accommodation. No apology, numerous promises of call backs disregarded. I would steer clear. Poor service and incompetent management will spoil any experience you have here.

An amazing place! Such a wonderful welcome by Kris and Tomos! Super room with comfortable bed scrummy pillows, sheets and full bathroom. We stayed for 2 nights and dined there on both evenings. Margie snd Olivia again were so very welcoming and helpful- essential in this business- thank you!!! Having never been to Narberth before - and after finding Top Joes - we shall definitely return!!!! Thank you! A return is on the cards!!!!!……xxxx

We enjoyed our stay in a Deluxe Double Room on the first floor at the back of Top Joe's Townhouse right in the middle of Narberth but quiet for a good night's sleep. Parking at the rear was very handy as Narberth was very busy when we were there. I booked via *********** but the owner said it would have been cheaper had we booked with them direct. We loved the whole style of the place - very different from your typical hotel and quirky in decor with a terrace at the rear and small garden which they were working on at the time when we were there in July. We had some great tasty pizzas in the restaurant in the evening and also enjoyed our breakfast in the morning with a reasonable spread. We had a good chat with the owner who seemed to welcome and advise tourists who wanted to know more about the area. Thanks Top Joe's.
