The location was the main reason for our choice, it was very close to the airport and Aeon mall. The room was very clean and the 2 piece pajamas was just nice (some hotels provide long robes only). There were lots of free shuttles to/from the airport, very convenient

Very Good
NNini DaingConvenient to get to from the airport, with free shuttle available. Room and bath was spacious, though I was at one end of a very long corridor so it seemed like forever to get to after a loongg day walking everywhere else. Great overall stay even if the walls were not very sound proof. I had good neighbours though , and everyone seemed to understand the ‘assignment’ under the circumstances. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Super easy check out too. Lawson’s on the first floor was convenient too for last minute buys and food for sahur.:) Also make time to go to Naritasan Omotesando and the Shinshoji temple to savour in the local produce and enjoy the surrounding park with sprinklings of cherry and plum blossoms (i think) everywhere this time of the year. Free shuttle to Narita station and Aeon Mall too! Super convenient!

GGuest UserThe room for two people with breakfast is more than 3k. Let's talk about the service first. There will be three service staff to help us with our luggage (we do have a lot of luggage). The overall service is very thorough and meticulous. Breakfast: There is really no need to experience it. It is just a box of pre-made side dishes. The hot spring water boiled tofu has no taste. The cost performance is super low🤦♀️. The quality of the pickled tuna is not much better. It's really better to go out and eat eel rice Room: Compared with the crowded Tokyo hotel, the area is indeed spacious, but it is worth complaining that the damp room is not ventilated. For us, it is a waste of money. My husband and I both have eczema from sleeping on damp sheets. It's particularly uncomfortable. As soon as you enter the elevator on the fourth floor, there is a smell of humidity and smell in the bathhouse, and there is also a smell in the room. The humidity causes the quilt to smell. Facilities: You can experience the bathhouse on the first floor. It is hot water with black rock effect (actually, it is said to have this effect by putting a few pieces of black rocks in hot water). It is very clean and there are few people. The skin care products are all Sekkisei, which is very good. Supplies: This Dyson hair dryer really saved me! We used it to blow the quilt with quick drying and high air volume! Otherwise, we would have suffered a lot this night! Each room has this Dyson, and the yukatas are also very nice. They also gave us a small basket 🧺 to put things. Next to it is Shinshoji Temple, which is very big and can't be visited in an hour. Behind it is Naritasan Park. This street is really beautiful and you can take pictures. The location is really good. It costs about 200 RMB to take a taxi to Narita.

TTongWe stayed for one night as we were taking the coach to Fuji-san the next morning. The hotel room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. We didn’t dine in as there were ample restaurants 10 mins walk away. The complimentary shuttle buses are a plus point to stay here. We took it to explore Narita town nearby

SSpacemanAUThe bedroom is like a little coffin and so is the bathroom. Very dated but it’s an airport hotel so not expecting much. The bed and pillows were comfy and the aircon worked well but I would bring ear plugs. The sound from other rooms is not bad but if you’re a light sleeper, you may hear it. Cleanliness wasn great - there was rubbish bits (old plastic from bottle caps) on the floor and hair in different spots in the bathroom. The restaurant at level 17 had a surprisingly nice beef hotpot (though pricey at 6500Yen), but the sake was nice. Staff at the restaurant were 10/10. The shuttle bus to the airport runs once or twice an hour but if you miss it (like me), an Uber can cost 2000Yen between the airport and hotel. It did feel like there was an earthquake at 3am as the bed started rocking - initially I thought it was a train but I’m pretty sure it was a mini quake. Overall, it’s nice enough for a 12 hour layover. I chose not to take the shuttle to the mall as was a little tired but there is that option if you prefer it.

GGuest Userthe location was nice because it was just a few minutes walk to the train station and bus terminal, but had a little problem with the stairs nearby going to the station for an old woman like me,i just dont know if there is another or way going around the station we forgot to ask the staff at desk we just rely with the waze app. the staffs were accommodating and professionals, can answer our inquiry very well, the room was a little small but were really clean and so tidy, the food was very nice although we didn't get to try and taste everything because the breakfast starts at 630 am and our shuttle bus schedule was at 640,we had to eat real quick, by the way the shuttle bus arrives on time or a bit earlier which was good, though i suggest that breakfast be served earlier for those with early flight schedule, over all it was a vey good experience staying in the hotel.

GGuest UserLast hotel free shuttle was 9.40om. I missed it by 5 min. So took taxi to hotel costing 2,000 JPY. Clean comfortable room but it's old hotel with good maintenance. A convenient store at GL has various food drink and snack options. It' seemed like Family Mart store, Store closed at 11pm. Breakfast buffet at top floor 13. Plenty of food & beverages are available - JP, Western, salad, fresh fruits, juices, tea, coffee, omelette, breads etc.

Bblr32This is probably the review that you are looking for; After reading a lot of reviews here, i was skeptical but went for it anyways because of its airport shuttle. Although i wished that they extend their shuttle bus services throughout the night because my flight got delayed. The service was alright overall. I think I know who is the ‘angry red man’ in one of the negative reviews written and at first, he did seem to be an impatient person but i realised that after communicating with a lot of fast speaking foreigners, he was accustomed to their pace of talking and dont worry, he would adjust to yours. The hotel was filled with foreigners, mainly chinese (based on the lobby) and majority were men, calling on speaker and smoking. It was kinda refreshing given that I’ve been in Japan for 3 months and this is the first time i saw such behaviour in public. But tbh, the environment was inviting and you feel less pressured to societal norms because of them lol. The hotel lobby for my floor did smell like cigarettes but it was faint. I guess someone smoked awhile ago. The soundproofing was average. I could only hear someone when I was close to my room door. The store at the lobby had crazy pricing so i would advice to bring your own snacks from the airport before coming. The koi pond outside was cute tho! The cleanliness was average. It was clean but i did found a strand of hair on the wall in the toilet, but other than that (i checked everything) it was acceptably clean (but do use the slippers). My two main issues with the room are the bed and lighting. The bed was hard. It made me think that this is how it would feel like sleeping on the tatami mat LOL but if you’re staying for a night, it was bearable. The pillows were also so hard. The lighting on the other hand was limited. I had to do my make up near the door because that was the only bright and white light area. Even the toilet was kinda dimmed since it didnt have ceiling lights. Overall; its an OK hotel option to stay for the night to catch another flight the next day. I have never been to a motel but I would compare it to one, an OK motel lol. I hope I covered most of what people tend to look for :) Also! Theres a stamp at the lobby for travellers who likes to collect stamps in Japan.

PPossibly-A-BotHotel was old and dated. We paid 2,000 yen to upgrade to the newer rooms on the higher floors (level 6 onwards). The rooms were still old and the aircon was not cold. Amenities wise, we had all the basic toiletries and toothbrushes and shavers, but no water was given. Service was ok, really appreciated the shuttle bus to the train station, Aeon Mall and airport. Good value stay (higher floors) if you are not fussy and have an early flight to catch to Narita.
