We arrived exhausted from Arequipa and they recommended the place to rest as a family. We had no problems, it met expectations, my children loved it. It is a spacious place and has everything, especially its proximity to the center.

I went with my wife and three children. The double room with the damaged shower, the shower did not have taps. Neglected and dirty hotel. At night it was the worst, it became a MOTEL, you could hear screams of a couple having sex with very loud screams.... It seems that since they have no clientele, they are turning to hotels for couples... as a lousy lodging hotel! !

Las instalaciones dejan que desear, colchones vencidos, falta de aires acondicionado, limpieza deja que desar y ni que hablar del desayuno...pan con huevo frito o pan con huevo revuelto, el café parecía agua, pedí leche era color marrón, frutas solo papaya casi en putrefacción, no lo recomiendo. Lo único interesante la piscina, demás no vale la pena.

PERSONAL NADA PROFESIONAL Y CORTEZ..MI ESPOSO ES INGLES Y NADIE HABLA INGLES. EL LUGAR SUCIO Y NO SIRVE EL SERVICIO DE WIFI NI BAR, EL RESTAURANTE PESIMO Y PISCINA SUCIA, LO UNICO BUENO ES EL AEREA VERDE, LOS 2 DIAS VIMOS NIÑOS QUE HACEN RUIDO POR TODO EL HOTEL. NO MERECE EL PRECIO.
