Very poor room quality of the hotel, disappointed with the hygiene and bad condition of hotel room bedsheets as they were torn and dirty.

Reception staff was not as per position required at the reception and failed to understand need to customers. Also property was very dirty. I have not utilized the property even after advance payment done and went to other hotel by paying separate payment it was the situation where i paid the advance payment and even not stayed and utilized the property

I have booked a room for 3 persons @rs. 1658 for 1 days but they gave us dormitory at hotel. It was very disgusting

We stayed here for 2 days; the hotel is very close to the main road; room service is good. It was good stay with relatively low price.

Overall a good experience. Staffs are good and helpful for tourists. Although the rooms are little bit short but 1 night stay for 3 family members are manageable.

My experience was horrible. Reasons -
1. Rooms were not clean and upto the mark. Stains were in the bedsheet, cigarette burnt mark on the chair, loose wires hanging from the switch board. 2. Now the best part, in middle of midnight power was off around 4 am, and after talking in the reception they manage to turn on the fan and main light only (no ac, no bathroom lights nothing were working. 3. Also in order to call someone i have to go to the reception, no landline phone or bell was there. 4. In the early morning a foul smell was there which was very disturbing and was not pleasant. I wanted to give 1 star but since they allowed me a smooth late check in so one extra star for that. Ps - staffs were nyc.

The hotel is average, no availability of hot water to take bath. This is average hotel, there is no availability of hot water to take bath, no complimentary mineral water bottel bed is not confertable, blanket are not clean properly location is good average stay.
