Popular Nashik 4-star Hotels

I am staying in this hotel for the past two days (6th and 7th nights) and will be checking out today 8th Oct 2024. The hotel is very good. The check out time is 11 AM. Only one insensitive remark from the front office executive jarred us. I informed the front office executive that I would be checking out at 08:30 AM to go for rituals near the Godavari. Every hotel has the facility to allot a room to a guest, who checks out early, for at least a duration of 30 minutes to freshen up, when they come to pick their luggage from the reception. But here the front office executive bluntly said that you can keep the luggage in the reception and go, and, collect it later, but you will not get any facility to freshen up. We have no choice but to do what he says. Truly said, it is the employees of any Hotel who make the experience good or bad. The bluntness of the front office executive has left a bad taste. Other than this, our experience in the hotel is good. I hope this Hotel conducts a training program for this front office executive so that he talks to guests with some sensitivity. What a courteous staff, enjoyed thoroughly , inhouse food of Labodega his team , Arshdeep all were fab, back ofc and front desk Mr ananthan, Mr Yogesh, Mr shubham, Mr tushar all were so welcoming and polite, really worth visiting, it's 2 thumbs up for sula, will visit again in future too, what a ambience created... Hats off to Mr samant and team

We celebrate our anniversary on 17th Dec.2021 with infant. Here’s review from our stay:- 1. Staff is very cooperative and well mannered. 2. The rooms are small but prefect for small families with 1kid or a couple. Extra adult will make room look smaller but if you are in group & just want to have fun then go for it.. pool is small too 3. All rooms are pool & lake view. 4. Stay during monsoon & winters will make it more memorable as lake view will be good. 5. Breakfast options are limited with only veg options however when asked for egg omelette they made it for us. 6. Resort is very close to MTDC boat club which should not be missed while in Nashik & relish on authentic Chulivarchi Misal at Sadhana restaurant.. 7. Approach roads towards resort is good & easily accessible. 8. In adventure activities we did Go karting & Zipline (cost rs.300/- per person per activity) 9. Rooms were cleaned daily. 10. Restaurant food is on à la carte can be served in room. We tried indian food & Chinese starters which taste good. 11. Restaurant & room service is from 10am to 10pm. 12. Almost it was comfortable, the behaviour of the staff found co ordial, the room was clean, the bed and pillow were a little bit old. Specially the manager of the hotel was helpful. One can stay there.
