It is a great option in an expensive city. Check-in staff are very kind and helpful. Parking and extra charge to park always a pain but I get it.

The room that I booked was not what I received upon checking in. I had paid for 2 queen sized beds but gotten 1 queen and a sofa bed. Front desk informed me that they were out of 2 queen beds and sometimes third party apps uploads incorrect information. Service recovery was not the best. Credits were offers but that does not reflect the price differences between the two types of room. Not to mention that decision was made purely for the fact that I was promised 2 queen beds. Overall, hotel was okay, just not what I had in mind.

The location is a little far from the main street, but it's nice because it's on the side of the road. The room is clean and large, so it's not uncomfortable. There is also a kitchen, so you can make your own food.
