The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Nashville

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The gentlemen working valet were outstanding—professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They managed my needs seamlessly while also handling several demanding guests with grace and efficiency. Their level of customer service was truly impressive, and each of them has a bright future in hospitality. The room was meticulously clean and exceptionally well maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. One unexpected highlight was the water. As someone who frequently visits Nashville, I've often had issues with the local water. Whatever treatment is used typically irritates my skin and can even make me feel unwell, to the point that I usually use bottled water just to brush my teeth. To my surprise, the water at this hotel was wonderful. I experienced none of the usual issues and was able to use it without any discomfort. It may seem like a small detail, but it made a significant difference in the quality of my stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville, TN.

I had a wonderful experience at The Joseph. The hotel is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, with a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The service was consistently friendly and professional — every staff member I interacted with made me feel well taken care of. The on-site restaurant and bar exceeded expectations with high-quality food and a great ambiance. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights — the views are stunning, and it’s the perfect place to relax. I was also impressed by the excellent selection of wine, which added a luxurious touch to the experience. Highly recommend The Joseph for anyone visiting Nashville who appreciates comfort, style, and great hospitality.

We very much enjoyed this hotel. It had a good central location, only a few blocks from Broadway street so we were able to walk everywhere. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The staff were very friendly. We did not make any use of the hotel restaurant so we cannot speak to that. The workout room was a bit sparse but about what one would expect at a hotel. The only minor issue we had was that we felt that the housekeeping came rather late in the day, if at all, and we had to call the front desk to get someone to come up and clean the room. This only happened on one day. Overall we would definitely consider staying at the hotel again,

Everything was wonderful the only thing I have to complain about is that the air conditioning wasn’t the best. It was hot most of the time even tho the thermostat said 65 it was still kinda hot to us. Even for a person that sleeps in the bed with a heated blanket she said it was hot. Other than that the place was amazing and the staff was amazing.

I absolutely loved how comfortable the bed and especially the pillows were!! Great location and easy to walk to attractions nearby from. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location between Broadway and The Gulch, so easy walking access to both.

The hotel is beautiful. Easy walk to the restaurants, bars and attractions with out the noise. Check out the hotel bar on the 2nd floor. Very nice staff. Give out free water everyday.

Very good Hotel… I will always still here when I come to visit Nashville..
