Our unit #8 had many items in disrepair. The front door needed adjustment, as did the bathroom door. Bathroom faucet was not connected to the sink. Bath bar in shower was broken/missing! Exhaust fan was filthy and shower head needed serious descaling. A random hole in the bathroom ceiling. No instructions on operating tv or anything in the apartment. Bedroom fan/light came on at random times during the night. And they had ridiculous pricing for off street parking which should have been included! We booked for a week and were only provided essentials for 2 days ie. coffee, towels, only one washcloth each, one hand towel, half roll paper towels, etc. Towels had shredded holes in them and stained wash cloths. Would not recommend or stay again.

Not very clean/ not good location for walking- for 2 people- better off in a hotel. Pull out bed was less comfortable than a camping cot. The walls so thin we could hear neighbors conversations. Overall quite dissapointing

It's such a cute place with beautiful decor. The beds were very comfortable, and the location is fantastic for getting around Nashville. My daughter and I stayed here, and we each had a bedroom and plenty of space to live in so that it felt so much like a home instead of just a hotel room. Loved it!

My daughter and I stayed at 1520 16th South for her Belmont Orientation. The apartment was in easy walking distance to campus (took under 7 minutes). Things in our unit were clean and comfortable and perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The area felt safe. The only slight negative is that the glass partition for the shower is a little short for the length of the shower stall, so we had to wipe up some water after each shower. A minor inconvenience for all of the positives we experienced. I have seen some nightmare posts about other Sonder locations and was a bit concerned going into this rental in light of that. 16th South met all of our needs and the Sonder check in and check out system worked seamlessly. I’ll be staying here again when in town for Belmont events.

The nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed at! Thank you so much! The place was extremely clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend. Very nice and close to Broadway, an easy walking distance, and made our stay in Nashville extremely pleasant and smooth

Great location for seeing Nashville. Comfy, well equipped house. The shower could use a shelf for products, in my opinion and the shower drainage wasn’t the greatest. Parking was easy. We would rent again.

Great location and a beautiful apartment. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Just over a mile from Broadway and a ton of great places nearby. Loved the fact that we had a regular kitchen, king size bed and a great bathroom.

This place is amazing! So clean and with all the amenities you could need. The bed and the linens were the best I have ever had in an Airbnb! The staff of sonder is so helpful and quick to reply. Best of all, none of that crazy cleaning you have to do at other Airbnb!!

Cutest little apartment. Absolutely perfect for our 4 day long stay. The only thing I feel needs improvement is the shower. The water gets on the floor being as there is only 1 door. 100% recommend this place. Great distance from places if you like to walk. Rented scooters for going farther distances and had a blast. THANK YOU!
