Hoshino Resorts RISONARE Nasu

Perfect trip, very satisfied

Stayed in May 2022. The food was fresh and had a lot of vegetables, but the seasoning was different from what you would normally eat. The facilities, scenery, and service were all very good!

I used it on my first visit to Nasu. I stayed in the main building, and the cottage-style room had a Risonare-like atmosphere and a comfortable natural environment. The simple activities at the agricultural garden, such as making Himmeli, making herbal tea, and roasting marshmallows, were also great for families with children.

I knew that RISONARE was for children and young people, so I didn't notice it, but I realized that this was the famous Niki Club, so I made a quick visit. The annex is a little far from the hot springs (about 5 minutes on foot), so I chose the main building, which is about 2 minutes on foot. No, as expected, this is a facility for adults. The stately lounge in the annex, the spacious grounds where you can enjoy nature walks and snowy mountain views, the behavior of amazake at the farm, the wonderful hot springs, and the layout of the main building guest rooms that take into consideration the eyes. , everything is top notch. The room has floor heating, the toilet is warm, and the bath in the room is bright and pleasant. The elderly couple were particularly impressed by the hot springs. Amazing, and almost exclusive. The spring quality has a faint smell of sulfur, and I was surprised at the moisturizing power of sweating for some reason in about 5 minutes after bathing! It's good hot water. For dinner, the main dish and vegetable cheese fondue are prepared at the table, but the rest is a mixed style of buffet. The beef curry was delicious, and I was satisfied with the wide variety of cheeses. but this was the most delicious. We even received coupons that can be used in the hotel and used them for drinks and souvenirs. It is said that there is no travel support, but in my opinion, I think that the customer base was good because there was no support. As expected, Mr. Hoshino!　Because of the GOTO campaign in Kinugawa before, I was amazed at the terrible customer base, so I really enjoyed it with peace of mind! After all, I reconfirmed that the star resort is the hotel with the highest satisfaction. Wouldn't it be fun to plan a stay at an all-star resort? This time RISONARE Nasu is perfect, I would like to visit again someday. And at that time, it would be nice if we could evolve further and give new impressions, I was able to look forward to it.

The building structure is unavoidable, but there are many difficulties in the lowest line of software and hardware. I also like the musty smell in the room. The explanation of the correspondence after arrival is kind and polite, but the welcome drink has to go to the outside detached room. There is no guide to the room, so I wander around with my luggage. It is impossible for elderly people because there are many stairs and steps because they walk outside to do anything. Of course, after bathing, I went outside and returned to my room, so it was cold, but there was nothing like Tanzen.

It was so amazing that there were some bad reviews. There may have been room for improvement in the past, but until yesterday I could only find good points. If you think about why some people give bad marks, it may be that it was in the past and it is very good now, or if you do not properly research places to enjoy nature in advance information. If you want to go to a shiny and beautiful place, you should go to a different place than a place to enjoy nature, and the staff will not blame the hotel for any incidents (small things that naturally happen in a natural environment). (Trouble also) I tried to solve it very carefully, and I was so sorry that I was so good. My 3-year-old child enjoyed it, and my parents were able to refresh themselves after a long time. As someone who grew up in the countryside and lives in the city, I know that the real nature is scary and unhygienic. So I will definitely repeat again!
