Happy Ponta Negra Express

First, the Hotel is not called Ponta Negra, but Happy. And HAPPY has nothing! The location of the Hotel is very good. Easy to get to the main tourist attractions in the region, shopping and Camarões restaurant next door. Very polite and hard-working employees, true warriors. Because..... The rest is all very bad. There is no problem with the Hotel being VERY old. This could even be charming if it weren't for the MOLD in the bathroom, the hyper noisy and barely functional air conditioning. I have never stayed in a hotel that has a room in the BASEMENT, but I felt like I was in a basement, dark and stuffy with MOLD. When we travel on vacation, obviously we don't expect to be stuck in the Hotel, but when we return to the place we are staying, we expect the comfort of a HOTEL and there is no desire to return. If there is one thing that has become a concept of quality in HOTELS, it is breakfast. Who doesn't want to have a hotel breakfast, right? So. This one is very weak, the space is cramped, old like the rest of the hotel, the variety is very poor and there are problems even with the packaging of cold cuts. I do not recommend staying at this Hotel. It may be low cost, but it's not free! And even then it wouldn't be worth it. I keep thinking about the employees who try hard and are very courteous. I hope they find another place to work!

Hotel bom e barato, muito bem localizado com as feirinhas a esquerda e a direita, alem da praca de food truck a frente, fica do lado do excelente restaurante Camaroes. Cafe da manha muito bom e quarto com espaco bacana, acredito ser uma otima opcao de estadia em Ponta Negra.

Hotel antigo, precisa de uma boa reforma. Funcionários educadissimos e prestativos. Café da manhã básico, a Marileide que faz as tapiocas e ovos é uma fofa. Limpeza dos quartos boa. Localização excepcional. Ao lado de um dos melhores restaurantes de Camarão de Natal. Ponto negativo chuveiro: a agua acaba do nada no meio do banho.

As fotos do hotel não condizem muito com a realidade. Acho que foram tiradas na inauguração... rsrs Os quartos precisavam de pequenas manutenções, mas nada que atrapalhe o conforto. Fui com um grupo de 9 pessoas, então reservamos 5 quartos. Os quartos duplos ou triplos eram bons. O quarto quádruplo (casal + beliche) era ruim: a beliche era velha e os colchões estavam deformados. Mas todos os outros quartos eram bons. Boa cama, bom chuveiro e bem limpinho. A localização é excelente! Perto das feirinhas, barzinhos e restaurantes. Da pra fazer tudo a pé. Os funcionários são bem atenciosos e educados. O café da manhã é simples: pães, frutas, café, leite, iogurte, chá, queijo e presunto, manteiga, geléia, Nescau, aveia, sucos, água, ovos mexidos, salsicha, tapioca feita na hora (queijo, mista ou manteiga). Dois pontos negativos é que o local do café é pequeno e às vezes você precisa aguardar pra ter mesa pra sentar. E as camas de casal são tamanho padrão. Acho que tem bom custo benefício. Eu ficaria lá novamente.
