The stay was very pleasant. The apartment is large, the bed linen and towels are very clean, the TV has channels, and the air conditioning works well. The kitchen is also very spacious. The pool area is very quiet and gets sun all day long.

Starting with Dayse at the reception, an extraordinary person, super polite, attentive. From the reception, room, breakfast, staff, everything was wonderful. Excelente todo. Fuimos en marzo de 2025, nos quedamos 10 noches y fue todo perfecto. Todo el personal (recepcionistas, limpieza, cocina, etc), comodidades, servicios, desayuno. Todo 10 puntos. La cama super cómoda, las habitaciones muy cuidadas y todo en perfecto funcionamiento. La piscina siempre mantenida, el desayuno super completo, fresco y variado. El check in es a las 18 hs pero nos permitieron el ingreso ni bien llegamos, alrededor de las 14 hs. Una excelente opción, además muy cerca de la playa (1 cuadra). Del centro serán unas 10 cuadras pero tenés opciones de restaurantes y artesanías a un par de cuadras. Muchas gracias por todo! 💗 Pablo y Alejandra de la habitación 41.

Estive com minhas irmãs durante uma semana neste apartamento hotel. De 17 a 24 deste mês- janeiro Havia solicitado um quarto nk andar superior e fiquei num no térreo, próximo a piscina. Muito barulho. Recebi uma promessa de relocaçao que não se cumpriu. Fiz a reserva por agência pelo menos com cinco meses de antecedência. Ficamos chateadas.. A visão que tive o tempo todo foi de um muro. O serviço é regular, as acomodações simples e com algumas avarias visíveis ( pia entupia até com água, algumas luzes não acendem,a TV só tem canal aberto, etc). O café da manhã é mediano. O que salvou foi a simpatia e gentileza de alguns funcionários. Pode melhorar muito.

Fui a Natal sozinha e escolhi o Serantes, hotel bem localizado próximo à praia! O atendimento deles é impecável, equipe bem atenciosa e prestativa, todos educados a Sandra estava sempre sorrindo, também tem uma moça que não me lembro o nome mas eu saia cedo pro passeio e voltava a noite ela estava lá muito bacana super simpática e sorridente! Os recepcionistas as meninas do café da manhã são simpáticos, minha experiência foi muito boa com eles ! O quarto estava super limpo, é mais bonito pessoalmente do que nas fotos! Limpeza impecável! O café da manhã é bem simples …. No mais nota 10000000 pra eles! E brigado por tudo! Até a próxima Que Jesus os abençoe grandemente!

Hotel excelente com localização, limpeza, gentileza dos funcionários e cordialidade. Rua sem saída sem movimento grande de carros, da sacada do hotel vc vê o morro do careca, vista incrível da praia. Café da manhã incrível com variedade de bolos, frutas e sucos. Nota mil!!!
