Atendimento maravilhoso, tudo que se precisa para ter uma ótima estadia tem no hotel Alimar! Super recomendo! Café da manhã completo, serviço de quarto excelente, além de uma piscina com área de lazer magnífica ! Estava tudo perfeito, tornou nossa viagem de férias ainda mais incrível!

Nos hospedamos dia 23/01/24, péssima experiência! Já fomos para Natal em 2018, ficamos hospedados no Bello Mare Comfort(maravilhoso), dessa vez resolvemos ficar no Alimar pois estava mais em conta. O barato saiu caro! Pessoal na minha opinião ele nem pode ser considerado 3 estrelas, quarto precisando de reforma urgente, banheiro imundo, eu tive que lavar a saboneteira pra colocar o meu, banheiro todo encardido, não trocam toalhas todos os dias, roupa de cama a cada 3 dias 🤦🏻♀️, não tem cofre , o cofre deles é uma caixa e vc paga pela chave para fechar (tempo do conga), café da manhã disseram que tinha tapioca e omelete feito na hora, mentiraaaa, pouca variedade e quando as coisas acabam eles demoram a repor e quando não fala que acabou, não tem um suco natural. Já viajamos o nordeste todo, nunca tive uma experiência tão ruim quanto essa, pessoal do hotel tem que melhorar isso aí e gente pelo amor de Deus da um jeito nesses banheiros de vcs!

O hotel, a apenas 150 metros da praia, ofereceu um café da manhã delicioso e muito conforto. Travesseiros e cama confortável. Fiquei em um quarto com tv Smart é muito bom para assistir filmes e música

Hotel aconchegante da pra ver que é bem cuidado. Parabéns pelo atendimento de todos os funcionários. Tem um jardim lindo com sala de jogos, eu que viajei com a família aproveitamos bastante. A piscina é linda e bem cuidada. Café da manhã muito bom. Voltaremos

O hotel está bem localizado, mas as instalações e a infraestrutura são antigas. O quarto em que fiquei é pequeno e o único da área em que a chave não era magnética. Assim que me hospedei, verifiquei problema no ar-condicionado, que logo foi solucionado. A cama é razoavelmente confortável, mas o chuveiro deixa a desejar. A limpeza poderia ser melhor, mas o atendimento é bom. O hotel possui estacionamento gratuito e o café da manhã é bem simples. Não posso opinar sobre a área da piscina, pois não a utilizei.

Boa localização, bom custo x benefício, café simples mas tudo muito limpo , limpeza quarto deixa a desejar . Pessoal da recepção cada plantão de um jeito, uns mais outros menos educados . Apesar de publicar que possuem restaurante , horário de funcionamento limitado e não funciona todo dia, pois se saem para fazer compras não tem substitutos. Mas avaliando, cisto x benefício retornarei outras vezes .perto de tudo.

Eu e meu namorado passamos 9 diárias no hotel, não sei nem descrever a excelência no atendimento, desde a nossa chegada até nossa saída. Os funcionários sempre muito solicitos em todos em aspectos. Tive um problema de dor de garganta por conta do ar condicionado e eles tentaram resolver meu problema de diversas formas, tudo que solicitei à eles que pudesse me ajudar, atenderam prontamente. Além disso, o café da manhã é sensacional, ficamos viciados nele. A limpeza dos quartos também foi um ponto fortíssimo. Com certeza em nossa próxima ida a Natal, seremos certeiros em ficar no Alimar. A equipe está de parabéns!
