Pousada com cafe da manhã simples, acomodação 2E precisa urgente de boa boa limpeza, muitas teias de aranhas e também uma manutenção na elétrica pois o chuveiro cai a luz todos os dias!! A piscina é limpa, e os funcionários sao muito prestativos, TODOS prestam um atendimento muito bom. A pousada peca muito no barulho, nao existe silêncio apos as 22h, gente falando nos corredores ate tarde da noite e o pior de tudo, tem uma BALADA colado na pousada que funciona sexta e sábado o que se torna impossível dormir nesses dias.

Hotel é rústico e mais simples, estilo apart hotel. Possui uma pequena piscina que nos atendeu! Localização do hotel a 150 m da Praia de Ponta Negra. Ficamos em apartamento com vista para o mar e morro do careca. Perto de tudo! Equipe super educada e atenciosa com atenção especial à PRISCILA que nos atendeu super bem desde o primeiro contato para reserva e durante toda estadia. Nota 10 para ela! rs

Local sujo e precário: chão sujo, ar condicionado em só um dos quartos, forros de cama sujos e rasgados, geladeira e fogão em tão mal estado de ferrugem que deveriam ir para o ferro velho, insetos saindo da cabeceira da cama, banheiro sem box ou sequer uma cortina, porta do quarto com fechadura estragada batendo a noite inteira, um dos colchões das beliches nem era colchão, era só uma espuma. Fizemos chek in no domingo a noite, dia 16/04, na segunda de manhã contatamos a Decolar para informar dos problemas e buscar uma solução e a empresa não forneceu nenhuma alternativa, nos deixou completamente desamparadas. Saímos do hotel e pagamos nova hospedagem por conta própria, de outra forma, estragaria nossa viagem.

Não tivemos nem coragem de nos hospedar.... Preferimos pagar a multa para o booking( onde fizemos a reserva ) e ficamos em outro local na mesma rua. Aparência do lado de fora de sujo, velho,. Não recomendamos não. Não pode ser classificado com nenhuma estrela, nossa opinião.

Gostei do hotel, café da manhã muito bom, frutas frecas. Quarto: quarto com um tamanho bom para 3 pessoas, sempre limpo, vista linda do mar. Em geral gostei muito do hotel, os atendentes sempre muito gentis e atenciosos.
