Most amazing beautiful place. David was so helpful going as far as helping with reservations at The 1818 for thanksgiving dinner. One of the most amazing bed-and-breakfast we’ve ever stayed at! We met some amazing people while sitting on the verandas, enjoying the beautiful views of the trees and The garden!

Fantastic stay from arrival to departure! The room was well appointed with high end finishes. What a wonderful mix of history and modern amenities. David greeted us upon arrival and felt like a friend by the end of our weekend. Every member of the staff was full of southern hospitality. I will definitely be returning to Linden.

My best friend and I booked a two-night stay at Linden as a birthday trip. This was the first time either of us has stayed at a bed and breakfast, and I felt like royalty! We stayed in Dick’s Suite, and it was clean and massive! The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! The owners and staff were courteous and attentive. The beautifully decorated home with serene landscape is nestled in a quiet country setting just a few blocks from the town of Natchez. I highly recommend Linden!

I’ve been thinking for several days about what I could write that would do justice to Linden. Quite simply, I think it’s one of the nicest, most comfortable places I’ve ever stayed. As we were there in February, definitely low season, we had the opportunity to get to know two fabulous people at the house, Jennifer, the property manager, and Miss Bertha, who made delicious breakfasts for us every morning. (My husband, who is a Jersey boy, has never been a big fan of grits, but he said if I made them like Miss Bertha does, he’d eat them every day!). Both of these lovely women patiently answered questions we had about Natchez, and it was just delightful talking with them. One of the great things about traveling is meeting people and learning about who they are and how they live, and talking with these ladies was like being with old friends. They are absolute gems! Jennifer helped with sightseeing recommendations and just generally made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was chilly for most of our stay, but we were cozy and warm. Being a porch person, I was determined to spend time on the gallery despite the chill, and having the coffee bar right there kept us warm with hot tea and coffee. I’m very sensitive to the environment, and the living space made me feel really good. Our room, the Feltus room, was beautifully appointed and my soul felt so at ease there. The room was flooded with light with the shades up and felt so inviting. The bed was so comfortable, too. I don’t think I’ve ever slept on such luxurious sheets. The Linden website says “Come as guests, leave as family,” and that’s exactly the way I feel about the place. I made 2 new friends in a wonderful place in Mississippi, and I sure am sorry that I had to leave.

Highly recommend to anyone staying in Natchez! We will definately stay here again. Beautiful home and grounds decorated for Christmas. Owners were cheerful, helpful and informative about the history of the house and Natchez. Looked forward to the breakfast in the elegant dining room each morning. Wrap around porch with rocking chairs, blankets, and coffee bar was a great place to relax and meet other guests. Rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable, clean and updated. Period antiques throughout. Felt like a step back in time but with modern amenities. You must stay here!

The charm of Linden BB was more than I expected. The Charlotte suite we were assigned to was very roomy and comfortable. The bed was super and gave us a great nights sleep. The breakfast was plenty and very good. The southern charm of this antebellum mansion was “Gone With The Wind” inspiring. I highly recommend.

Room and bathroom was large with beautiful, comfortable furnishings. Full breakfast is at 8:30 in the main house in the dining room with antique furnishings and was very delicious. Everyone is very gracious and helpful. House is near to downtown and tourist attractions. Would definitely recommend and we would stay here again!

A very large and loud party spoiled our visit. The noise went on until about 11pm. I tried the phone number they gave us if the was a problem, but no one bothered to answer. I received an email after our visit. They requested a response to them directly if I had a problem before writing this review. I have not heard back from them. Very poor. We like to stay at b and b but this was the worst experience.
