The room is a standard twin room. The bed is very comfortable and clean. There is a hair dryer but no ironing machine. We didn't include breakfast at the time. Tipping is required, 10 to 20 pesos for carrying luggage; 15% is usually given for meals in restaurants, which is quite a lot! Good business Hotel. Good location in the Naucalpan area. Excellent service from Johana at bar/restaurant. Johana was extremely attentive and hospitable with us. Rooms are clean and staff is courteous. Breakfast buffet is average. Do recommend the Hotel. Dinner menu is extensive, good good and reasonably priced.

The room was perfect. But service a bit confusing. We asked for room service 10 pm, we assume because of earthquake we never received our order. Fire alarm started 20 minutes after earthquake, we were confused if leaving rooms or not. The room was open while I was in a video call, then while I was in the shower, 2 times!!!! The lady wanted to see if I consumed beverages from minibar, but she could not understand I was busy. And she already checked the first time, I cannot understand why she opened for a second time. if we are allowed to leave room before 11 am, why is people disturbing at 8 and 9 am?

I love the view from the Terrace at the top of the hotel, also have food services all day, right in front of the square and take you if you need transport, definitely the leisure very well, The service was very good everyone are very kind, they made me feel like at home and safe for all their protocols, finally return!

I stayed here for one week. The hotel is attractive and very clean. The rooms are large. It's a shame the restaurant isn't better, because that's where they lose stars. I ordered room service one night, french onion soup and caesar salad. The soup that they sent wasn't french onion. It had fish in it and no onions. The caesar salad was drowning in dressing, so much so that it was inedible. Another morning, I walked to the restaurant and spoke with a waiter to order breakfast, which is included, for room service delivery. He took the order happily and told me 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, it hadn't arrived. I called room service. They acted like they had never heard of the order. I ordered it again. I was reminded that breakfast is included but tipping is additional. Yeah, I tipped the guy that brought the fish soup and drowning salad. Clearly, it didn't help the service.

Location: The sign of the hotel is not very obvious. When I went to the exhibition, I stayed for 2 nights. There are many convenience stores around, but Chinese people should pay attention to safety when going there.
