Spent a skiing weekend with the family. Everything was great about this hotel, but the service of the staff was exceptional! They helped with every little thing, from carrying equipment to getting me diesel when my car ran out of it. Physically, the hotel is modern, the rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and with lots of options. Chairlift directly to the 1800 base is 100m from the hotel. On the way back, you can come back by the same chairlift, or ski all the way down to across the road from it. Renal shop in front of the hotel.

Espectacular. Fui con mi familia ( madre, hijas sobrinas, maridos) el trato desde que llegamos fue excelente. Con los niños especial atención desde el primer momento. Las niñas se sintieron como en casa. Un lujazo el transfer que tienen disponible las 24 horas , nos llevaban y traían cuando lo necesitábamos. Nos vinieron a buscar en 5 mtos a Beret porque la estación había cerrado. Nos llevaron a los restaurantes que queríamos y a los pueblos colindantes. El spa también una gozada. El trato inmejorable. El buffet generoso y de calidad, jamon y lomo de 10, cafe nespresso profesional, zumo naturál, todo de alta calidad. Un lujo , repetiremos esta experiencia cada año. No lo dudo.

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado, cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios y está atendido por un personal atento y encantador, desde las señoras que se ocupan de limpiar las habitaciones, camareros, encargado de guarda esquís, hasta Laura, directora del hotel, que está encima y pendiente de todo. Una muy buena experiencia, totalmente recomendable.

Terrible experiencia de un hotel que no deberían haber abierto. No está en condiciones. La mitad del personal ha dimitido y se nota puesto que no está cubierto ningún servicio. Hubo una fuga de agua que la dejó encharcada y pretendían no dar respuesta hasta el día siguiente. Esto tras estar sin hacer todo el dia a pesar de que se pidió varias veces. Habían resto incluso todavía de las obras en los baños. El propio personal del hotel estaba avergonzado por esas condiciones en las que tenían que trabajar puesto que tenían problemas con todos los huéspedes. Ofrecen servicios de hotel de 5 estrellas pero no seria más que un hotel de 3 estrellas. Una auténtica estafa por lo que desaconsejo enormemente acudir a este hotel. A disposición de quien quiera para facilitar todas las pruebas recabadas por privado.

Acabamos de pasar 5 días en este hotel y sin duda volveremos, instalaciones nuevas, habitaciones y baños grandes, ubicación inmejorable, al lado del telesilla, vistas maravillosas desde la habitación, desayuno muy bueno, hotel tranquilo. Lo mejor es su personal, todos ellos se vuelcan en la atención a los huéspedes y hacen que la estancia sea magnífica. Lo único que necesita una mejora son las taquillas del guardaesquís, son antiguas y no están a la altura del resto de las instalaciones. Volveremos!

Elegimos el hotel por estar a pue de pistas, y esta alado del telesilla. Nos encantó, la habitación era amplia y ademas la habitación tenia jacuzzi. La única pega que hay pequeños detalles que para ser un 5 estrellas deberían mejorar. El desayuno era genial, muy variado y con cocina en el acto que te podía preparar lo que le pidieses. El guardaesquis estaba justo en la puerta del hotel y con secabotas, tambien tenian parking con aparcacoches

Hotel a pie de pista. habitación amplia y con todas las comodidades. Las vistas son inmejorables. El personal muy atento y servicial. El apartado gastronómico necesitaría un impulso. Buen desayuno: Personal super amable y dispuesto a solucionar y atender. Gracias a todo el personal, especialmente a Sara que se preocupo de hacer más grata nuestra estancia. Volveremos
