Hacienda los Robles is an absolutely fantastic hotel. We booked 15 rooms for me and my family to stay for the weekend of my wedding. None of my guests could speak Spanish but the staff were amazing, so accommodating and made no issue of the language barrier. The hotel manager, Sandra is fabulous! From the moment I arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Even allowing lunch for me and my bridesmaids on the wedding day when the kitchen wasn’t open yet so we could eat before we left for the venue. She helped ensure my wedding preparations were stress free. Every member of staff was so polite and welcome, even the housekeeping staff knew it was my wedding and wished me well and checked out pictures the next day :) The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The food is delicious, highly recommend the aubergine in honey! Thank you to everyone at the hotel for giving us such a great experience, I am sure we will visit again.

Una maravilla de sitio en todos los sentidos. El personal encantador tanto en el comedor, como en el spa como n recepción. Muy muy destacable. Un trato personal impecable y cercano hasta el punto de convertirse en esos sitios de los que te da pena irte y sabes que vas a volver. Del resto creo que las imágenes y los comentarios hablan por sí solos, acogedor, parada de bus en la puerta, paisajes d pelicula, comodidad, el spa genial y la comida excelente. PD: no me han pagado por esta reseña aunque lo parezca jeje

Ubicación perfecta, entorno muy agradable. Habitaciones buenas, limpias con buenos balcones. La recepcionista de la mañana de hoy 1 de mayo, bastante desagradable y con actitud desafiante al hacerle un comentario negativo por no darnos la información correcta a cerca de desayuno, puso en duda que su compañera de la noche no lo hizo, "voy a preguntarle" ha dicho. También comenta que la información esta en un tablón, tablón lleno de papeles. Tampoco en Booking informa de la reserva de desayuno, sólo dice disponible por 10,00€. Lo que más me ha motivado a esta valoración es la MALA ACTITUD DE LA RECEPCIONISTA. No iba ni a mencionar lo mucho que deja que desear la bañera/ducha, pero una bañera con cortina de plástico deja mucho que desear. En fin, como todos los comentarios en eso se queda. Una disculpa por la no información dada en en hotel hubiera sido suficiente, muchas cosas se pasan por alto ante la amabilidad y el buen saber estar.

Mi estancia ha sido maravillosa. En Recepción Andrea, Menchu, Emily, Sandra y Mónica solucionan todo y además, con una sonrisa. María y María de la Fe en el restaurante, rápidas y amabilísimas. María de la Fe me trajo una mini cubitera especial para el Benjamín de Cava, y María me recomendó un rico café. Estos son los pequeños detalles que hacen que la vida sea grande. Felicito también a Cocina: buena comida y estupendo el desayuno. El pan de maíz, ¡un acierto! Nacho es adorable. Mi habitación siempre estaba limpia y recogida. En el Spa, Esperanza y Patricia están pendientes y muy atentas. Y Vanessa, la masajista, es una joya. El Spa es acogedor, ideal. Solo puedo recomendar este hotel. La calidad humana genera, a fin de cuentas, las emociones que perduran y dejan huella. Muchas gracias a todas las personas que me trataron con tanto cariño.

uno spa a la hacienda de los robles....siempre viene bien y merece la pena. cuesta un poco caro pero tambien es verdad que por mantenerlo tan bien como lo hacen no es barato. me encanta la piscina, y la ducha aromatica.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo en este hotel. La atención ha sido exquisita, todos en general, la recepcionista, los camareros, el personal de limpieza, la gente del spa. ..Marife encantadora y muy servicial. Muy limpio , la comida muy buena y las instalaciones buenas y en consonancia con la categoría del hotel. Repetiremos.
