Hubby and I had the most pleasurable stay at the Polis of Naxos Boutique Hotel in Naxos! Extremely cordial staff, a decent breakfast buffet and a very spacious room. I must mention that we chatted with the proprietor on several occasions (an elderly Greek gentleman who made us feel comfortable and feel at home - definitely a highlight of our stay!) Conveniently located (markets and restaurants were a few blocks away and the main drag was not too far.) A very well ran establishment :-)

This hotel was style over substance. Upgraded to a suite however the facilities did not match the rhetoric. Drying rack fell off the wall, door lock faulty, safe instructions didn’t correspond with safe, lots of stairs to the suites which were up the road from the main hotel. Breakfast was inadequate, no orange juice for 2 days, hot food was cold. On the whole the hotel had an air of being ‘unfinished’. Do not believe what you see in the photographs!

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 1 week. It was wonderful. It was close to the port and old town. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was varied and made with fresh ingredients. The staff was super helpful. I would definitely come back to this hotel. A shout out to Maria and Alex for their help and truly amazing suggestions. Thank you !

Room top floor was outdated, pictures are deceiving? I think our room was used as storage prior to arrival, as well as the deck area filled with old tables and furniture. Computer system issues at check in caused a cancelation on the Booking site. After staying 1 out of 3 nights, we found another hotel. Owner agreed to give us a refund for entire Booking reservation which was almost double the hotel rate. We were charged again for only 1 night at he hotel, said it was a discount? 3 months have passed an I have used countless hours with booking and emails to the owner , I am not sure who is at fault but I am pretty sure that "virtual credit cards" in my case are nonexistent. Beware of paying in advance.

Beautiful hotel, extremely clean and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a suite with a hot tub which was a pleasant surprise and we loved the comfortable room. Very short walk to the center and to the beach but neighbourhood quiet. We recommend dinner at Trata beach restaurant- the best night we had at Naxos!

Lovely and friendly team at Polis of Naxos Hotel! Very helpful and accomodating, rooms were modern and clean. Great location to the beach but also to the port. Katerina gave us a wonderful beach recommendation that we will never forget!

What a fabulous gem of a place. Really close to a beautiful beach, lovely and modern rooms, and the team could not be more helpful. Me and my partner really loved it 💓 Special shout out to the lovely Ekaterina and her manager for helping us out of some trouble with the ferry.

I will give a perfect 10 to the staff. The rooms are just like the pics but no view since the hôtel is in the town. Still close to all commodities. Beach at 4 min walking distance the port also is at walking distance. But like I said the staff was the bright side of this hôtel
