Super clean, perfect location in the heart of Naxos Town. Very modern rooms, well-appointed, spacious lobby area and friendly, helpful staff. Fun tourist shopping and fabulous restaurants right outside the door. Short walk to St. George Beach

Horrible. Beyond loud. Shower doors did not meet and repaired sloppily leading to leak. Beyond small rooms. Worst breakfast of 5 hotels we stayed at as we toured Greece. Managememt completely rude/disinterested in customer care. Perhaps this hotel was good in the past but numerous guests complained bitterly.

Stayed as a couple in August 22, the hotel is right in the centre, it’s clean and modern the room we had 102 was lovely, a great size with modern bathroom, although only one light. It had double doors onto a very small balcony. With a narrow view of the port. The room overlooked the shops and opposite were a bar and restaurant. We arrived expecting noise and it was noisy, the doors do help but it still goes on till 3am. If your worried about the noise the chemist round the corner sells ear plugs for €1. We found the staff polite but didn’t do more than the basics we asked about car hire and no answer, we asked about boat trips no answer. All the other islands we have stayed on the staff have been super helpful. Only one pillow in the room, just ask for two, we have found all the Greek hotels we have stayed in provide one. And no kettle……again this seems to be a Greek thing as all the hotels have been the same, although some can provide one. Next time I am taking a travel kettle. The biggest negative for me was the breakfast, very basic, and it states cold breakfast but there were eggs and bacon, all in a hot dish but were stone cold, this is very poor food hygiene eggs need to be kept at the correct temperature. We only had breakfast once in our three days. We loved Naxos, the hotel was nice, would I come back? Not sure

Stayed 3 nights in July. On the positive side, the location is great. Walking distance to everything, including about 8-10 min from where the ferry drops you off. And the staff is very friendly. Nothing special about the room — you will want to request an extra pillow and/or a bed sheet that actually covers both ppl sleeping in the bed…But while other reviews will applaud the windows that “block out the noise,” I will tell you that the rooms are literally about 15 yds to the rooftop bar next door that blasts music until 3 AM, after which the partiers shout in the streets until 4. Fortunately we both had noise cancelling headphones that helped. The rooms are quite clean and certainly spacious enough for the price, but ultimately the ONE THING you want to do in a hotel room is sleep, and the noise makes it virtually impossible until at least 3 AM (which is why I’m writing this at 1:15). If you’re coming here with the plan to stay out til 3-4 AM every night, you will be fine. If you aren’t into that, good luck. Side note, I believe this might be the first negative review I’ve ever given.

Excited to start our vacation with a suite at this hotel with two balconies. Well, the website description and reality are very different. The 'suite' that was to have a king bed and sofa bed, had a king bed and two twin beds. No couch, no place for two people to even sit in the room without sitting on the bed. When I asked the front desk about the description, they informed me that a sofa bed was one of the twin beds that could be folded into an ottoman. The balconies were very small, about the width of a plastic chair. My vision of sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view immediately vanished. The room was also very plain and basic. It was relatively clean with the exception of a dirty towel that was left inside the bathroom vanity - maids must have missed it. While the room was a great disappointment, the staff exceed any expectations I had. They were great. The breakfast was also a very pleasant surprise. So, if you are looking for a BASIC room in a great location, this is the place. Just no views except of the neighboring shops.
