酒店地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，前台小姑娘非常熱情，房間温馨，前台服務人員服務態度很温和，總體很棒，下次還會再來入住。非常滿意哦!酒店硬件設施都非常不錯，值得一提的是服務人員素質都很高，是一次非常滿意的體驗了

這次出差納雍6天，前兩天換了兩家酒店，第三天住了菲兒斯沒再換過了，零下的天氣，酒店的空調太給力了，打掃的大姐特別可愛，説吹空調幹，多喝點水，水給的超級多.印象中其他酒店最多給4-6瓶.房間寬敞整潔，給人一種特別舒服的氛圍.停車方便.早餐也是多樣化，每天都不重樣.

隔音效果不太好，從走廊走過的時候，房間聲音完全可以聽到。但是從房間裏聽不到外面的聲音。

這家酒店真的太棒了！一進大堂就感覺特別氣派，工作人員都很熱情，辦理入住也特別快。房間非常乾淨整潔，床鋪特別舒服，睡起來很解乏。浴室的設施也都很好用，熱水充足，水壓也很合適。房間的隔音效果也不錯，晚上很安靜，能讓我一夜好眠。酒店的早餐也很豐富，各種麪包、糕點、水果、飲料應有盡有，味道都很不錯。而且酒店的位置也很好，出行很方便，周邊有很多景點和商場。服務方面更是沒得説，有任何需求，工作人員都會及時幫忙解決。總之，這次住宿體驗非常完美，下次有機會還會選擇這家酒店。

快要辦理入住的時候酒店前台打電話被告知提前預訂的親子房被換成了商務房。床變小，關鍵帶着孩子我們不需要打麻將，一打開門好大的煙味道，廁所和洗浴間佈局太小了。上廁所的時候關不了門，因為廁所太小，衹能放一個馬桶。洗浴間全是水，很容易摔跤。我們想換一間房，前台男説沒有房間。早餐沒吃飽，品種不多，體驗感太差。

最開始對這個酒店還將信將疑，到了入住後真的有驚訝到我，房間大小中等，邊角的造景也還不錯。房間衞生比較好，隔音效果也可以，第二天早餐也豐盛，在一個五六線城市這些真心讓人滿意
