"The service is super good, the rooms are also my favorite style, the breakfast is very rich and the ingredients are fresh. It is a very classic Boutique hotel, the surrounding environment is very good, very safe, green is super good, next to the park. And very close to the commercial street in the center of Kifisia, you can walk to shopping. Although it is not in the center of Athens, it is very convenient to do the subway. If you want to experience the more comfortable place in the northern part of Greece, it is recommended to live here!"

"7.5/10 Location: Outside of “central” Athens but easily connected by metro & buses. Kifisia is gorgeous, safe, filled with high end boutiques, restaurants + cafes. Room/Ambience: Hotel itself is stunning + very relaxing vibe. Decor details incredible as expected of a boutique hotel of this nature.  Food: Very good selection of hot + cold, plus actual barista coffee. Do not expect American style breakfast - this is Europe after all. We did not eat lunch or dinner but the menus looked great and was filled with locals in the evening. Service: Although reception staff were sufficiently friendly, service very lacking for a high end boutique hotel. It was 26 degrees celsius every day while in Athens. Not prior to our stay, nor during check-in did anyone advise us that the pool was closed likely until end of May. This is not advertised on any booking platform, or on the hotel website, which was very disappointing. We sat in the pool lounge chairs for over two hours (staff saw us as the restaurant is immediately adjacent). Nobody offered us pool towels to lie on, or if we wanted to order any drinks or food. My partner had to get dressed, go to reception and ask. They didn’t even offer to clean the pool given the hot weather made it ready for use. It really put a downer on our stay, and why we opted not to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Similar experience at breakfast; nobody offered us coffee orders, we heard someone else order and realised it was available."

"非常好的酒店，環境裝修都很好，距離商業街很近，購物和閑逛都很方便，附近也有很多餐廳酒吧和咖啡廳。酒店房間雖小但是很精緻並且有很大的陽台。一層大廳有很多座位，服務人員態度很好，早餐也非常棒！ 總之這是一家非常有特色精緻的希臘酒店，除了房間稍小外沒有任何缺點，推薦！"

"The hotel was nice but dated. The aircon was freezing, regardless of what temperature it was set to. The buffet breakfast was a bit average. Left my bags/ jacket with concierge pre check in, and my jacket was very dirty upon return- looking as though it had been left on the floor. Staff were friendly."
