I simply made a few phone calls to local hotels in the area to make a nonplanned over night stay and she answered with a thoughtful voice who made the start of my frustrating day turn around and then to my surprise once I arrived to checkin I met Marjourie another kind and caring employee that made my checkin process so calming, I will make this my Hotel of choice everytime I'm in the area.
