The hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport.
The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet.
The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them.
Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!

The best service is the specialty here, the restaurant manager Suresh, the reception manager , Reception staff Ashokan are to be commended, the specialties are the proximity to the airport, the swimming pool, the spa, the banquet hall, two types of bars, and the tawa porota at breakfast is especially worth mentioning 😋

Arrived late night by flight, there was complimentary airport pickup. Stay was good. Room was clean but bit outdated room. Basic facilities
There was complimentary buffet breakfast with variety of food.

I did not have a pleasant stay here. Good towels were not provided, bathroom kept to be wet, bed was so jumpy and not comfortable at all. And the bathroom was a home of red ants. Apart from this, there was some work going on the floor (drilling and hammering) which they continued even after 4 calls and ruined our precious sleep after a long journey.

Excellent value. Great location. Nice rooms. Good restaurant. Some needs: 1) more plug points to use laptop and USB for phone charging. 2) Would be nice if there was a Packed Breakfast option for travellers who have to head to the airport earlier than breakfast time. Buffet dinner was worth the price: the happy smiles and conversations of people from all over India and all age groups, gave unmistakeable testimony. Good and friendly and efficient staff. Yes, they provided airport transport on time for an early flight.

Rooms are dirty, absolutely no hot water. Used coffee maker to warm up water to take a shower. Bathroom and the shower curtains are very dirty.

Overall the stay was good. Ambience was excellent. Location is very close to the airport.
Things which could have improved is the lighting in the room and bathroom fittings. Lighting in the room was poor and was a dim light. Bathroom taps and toilet flush have become old. It is functional though. Morning breakfast buffet was average, as I didn’t get much options even though I had informed them of my dietary requirements. It was a disappointment.
Overall I will rate 3.5 / 5. Will recommend others as well.
