Front desk is always helpful. Really wish the pool would be opened. Cleaning service could do a little better job cleaning.

This place is HORRIBLE! Room was nasty refrigerator was filthy. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Window was open with no screen when we went in. Woke up the next morning and saw a couple bed bugs 🤮. I was given a full refund but this was still a traumatic experience. Desk clerk was very helpful. They are longer pet friendly. But because I booked thru Bring Fido they allowed my dog. Pets would not have made this place as nasty as it is. DON'T GO THERE!

I stayed here for two nights and can't say one positive thing about it. The room smelled of smoke, the sheets were stained and full of hair, the staff had friends and family that hung out in the building constantly and everyone was super loud. Curtains were hanging off the blinds, there were stains on everything in the room. I was afraid to even take my shoes off. When I left during the day I took all my things because I was afraid of the room being broken into or things being stolen due to the shady characters that frequented the hallways and lobby. Stay away. Pay the extra for safety and stay somewhere, anywhere else!
