when we walked into the hotel, we saw a lot of people playing in the swimming pool, some women wearing skirts with black scarfs on their heads, men wearing T-shirt, they playing, laughing, even eating in the water, making the water disgusting, we were totally shocked! there's a restaurant in the hotel, they were holding a party from evening to midnight, playing music every every loudly! there was a machine just close to the room, I don't know what kind of machine is, I took a picture, it made noise loudly just liked a big truck driving pass your room all the time . Mosquitoes are extremely abundant in the room, but there's no mosquito net or mosquito incense. you can imagine the disgusting pool, the loud noise all the night, abundant mosquitoes, making the hotel like a hell for the guests. I can take legal responsibility for what I said is true!游泳池里很多人穿服泡在水里，女的穿裙子包头巾，男的穿短袖T恤，他们又闹又笑甚至在游泳池里吃东西！晚上酒店的餐厅举办party直到半夜11点半45分才结束，音乐声震动窗子哗哗响。房间旁边有个机器，不知道是什么，像个大卡车一样整晚响不停，这里简直就是一个地狱！我可以为我说的真实性负法律责任

This hotel is the most cost-effective in my trip. The previous two adults and one child were all over 2000, but here there is no need to add a bed. It is within three digits. I saw that the room next door costs more than 2,000. The room is large and the balcony is also super large. The front desk helped us upgrade the room for free. The whole hotel feels like a resort. It is in the villa area and very quiet. Next time I come to Negombo, Sri Lanka, I must stay two more nights.

This hotel is our first stop when we arrived in Sri Lanka. It's a pity that our flight arrived at night, so we felt the attentive service when we arrived at the hotel. Really friendly staff and amazing food. Loved the views and the room was exceptionally clean. The room was very spacious. No mosquitoes or bugs in the room. Bathroom was an outfoor style open one but had mesh to prevent bugs from coming in. We checked in after a long flight after midnight and we were still able to contact the reception for all of our needs. Highly recommend.

The staff who took care of us is Mr Sajeewa who gave us a great service. Everyone in the hotel is great and friendly service.the rooms could have a little bit of more facilities.but the staff was great and the pool was really nice.the environment is very much peaceful.

Lovely property. We were only here 12 hours and wished we could of stayed longer. Lovely room, lovely staff and beautiful location. We would love to of stayed longer. Kalum at reception was so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. We will definitely be back.

Lovely location but the ambience is missing somewhat. The staff were all friendly & obliging. Food was very good. Our room was huge for 2 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuites but it was so dimly lit and no mirror or dressing table in the bedroom. The only mirror is in the bathroom. They need to provide more sun beds by the pool area and also more outdoor seating. Room for improvement but still very good. Ideal for a one nighter near the airport.
