Hotel close to airport make it very convenient, however you need to use express lane to Colombo as it is slightly out of the city . You don’t have much choice for food as only two dining restaurant available but it offer a 24 hours room service make it a plus point . Complementary shuttle service for airport pick up is a bonus .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heritence and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. It's conveniently close to the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. The booked big bed room has become a standard room. It doesn't matter because it is a transfer night! The front desk of the hotel was very warm, although it was a little problem, but with the help of Ctrip, it was solved quickly! The hotel is very simple, simple, cool! The facilities in the room are basically complete, but there is no toothbrush. It is good to bring it. After getting up in the morning, I found that the passengers are basically European and American passengers. Two swimming pools, one is attached to the lagoon, the scenery is good! Breakfast was good, because I only stayed in Sri Lanka for one night, so there is no comparison with other hotels! The view is really good!

This was my third stay at the Goldi Sands, honestly, the last time was nearly 20 years ago but I had such a great time back then I had high expectations. In the intervening 20 years, the hotel has had a revamp, double the size, double the number of swimming pools, added an elevator and they've removed the beach-fronted bungalows. All of which I think was a smart move and well worth doing. What has changed is the service and the catering. The staff are of course all very polite just that they didn't go the extra mile like they used to. We arrived late as our flight had been delayed, all I wanted was a couple of bottles of beer, they did arrive but I almost had to beg. I booked a taxi to the airport with the front desk, but they forgot, the waitresses at dinner were all about the hard upsell rather than serving. The breakfast as far as my memory serves me used to be awesome, today's breakfast is the same every day and lacks imagination, is poorly presented, and includes the worst coffee ever. The hotel has a confusing number of tariffs from all-inclusive to room only which means if you want to buy a drink it takes forever as they have to check your ”status” and then if you pay cash they have to go to the cashier as they carry no float. The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable but basic. All in all it is still a good hotel to choose but sadly it is no longer in the memorable category.

The hotel has a great environment and breakfast. The locals are very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to say hello. The hotel is not far from the beach. We want to go to the beach, the front desk sister called the tutu car, and the service attitude is very good.

The room is OK, relatively clean here. There is no toothbrush in the room, but you can ask for it. The hotel is convenient for eating. The buffet is 5500 rupees per person, about 130 RMB. The swimming pool is open from 7 am to 8 pm. The service is good and the people are nice. Everyone needs to bring a passport when checking in. The sea outside the hotel is not very clean. I didn't go in. If you want to go surfing, the sea in the southern province is cleaner.
