Sandals Negril Beach All Inclusive Resort and Spa - Couples Only

We stayed for 10 days in the club level longshore beachfront walkout room as a couple for a vacation. It was the perfect room for us at the quiet end of the resort. While we loved everything about our stay we will miss the people the most. Employees that made their mark include sweet Monique in the coffee shop (I’m already missing my iced honey latte), Daynia who seemed to work across most restaurants and King James from entertainment team. We enjoyed walking the beach every day up to Beaches and back, stopping and talking to locals along the way (shout out to Mike and his 2 pups). We enjoyed some lobster from Iko at Fireman’s Pit, had Sledge sing us a song and daily visits from the kitties, little ginge was my favourite! Brava was most definitely our favourite restaurant! The steak was amazing. Kimonos the first night we went was great, big portions and entertaining, but a different chef the second night not so great (seemed nervous & did not engage the group and everything drenched in soy sauce). Barefoot was the most serene with great views morning and night. Sundowner took far too long to serve so we gave that a miss. The buffet was always great and staff accommodating. We did find some mixed communication from staff, for example being told we would need to pay for snorkelling if we didn’t join the exclusive Club trip (you don’t). Another staff member told us we can’t reserve front row sunbeds only butlers (you can and lots did). I was also told when I asked a staff member in the Club office as I eat gluten free just to notify the servers when I arrive at restaurants, but Daynia shared that I should speak to the culinary desk to understand the menus better. Watersports rules also not clearly explained and differ between who you speak to. Mostly though service is spot on and you are made to feel very much at home. One small niggle is that I normally enjoy daily use of a spa with my partner and we hadn’t realised they were separated male and female. We ended up going three times and on the first my partner said the steam room wasn’t working, and sauna didn’t get hot. My second time I found the steam room not to work for me and on the third neither was working. I told staff and they were aware and said maintenance were coming to fix it but I couldn’t understand why they would let me go in if they knew. We didn’t overly mind because we enjoyed lying on the beach. We didn’t use the pool at all as it was a bit too cliquey around that area for our liking as it’s very small. You can’t swim at the beach which we hadn’t realised as the area you can go in is very small but again it didn’t bother us too much. We don’t normally care for entertainment either but couldn’t help wanting to watch and King James did a good job at entertaining and getting us involved! Everyone was friendly and we felt very much at home. The staff at the excursion desk also go above and beyond trying to make arrangements that work best for you and thankfully we enjoy

Good time with wonderful service! Best food at Sundowner & Crema! The entertainment team is top notch! The reggae & water show were our favorites. Especially King James & Bleu. They stole the show and made you feel welcome! We’ll definitely come back!

We had an amazing time at Sandals Negril. The entertainment was top notch. We enjoyed spending time with Skyye,Antonio, Odane, Izzy King James and the man Lush! Their singing was out of this world. We will definitely be back if they are still here of course

Our room location was amazing! We had a Paradise Beachfront walk-out club level room. Just steps to our chaise lounges and steps to Perla for lunch and drinks. Our room however was a little tired and worn, but looking around the resort, it does look like they are trying to renovate where they can. The food was wonderful everywhere we ate. In fact, it was the best all-inclusive fare we've ever come across! The staff was very friendly. Trevolyn, our bartender at Perla was so attentive - calling out to us and greeting us everytime she saw us. The wedding we attended was so beautiful. The planners and staff did an amazing job working around the raindrops, making everything so perfect for the happy couple. The catamaran trip to Ricks Cafe was very nice. Great staff! We had our pictures taken several times by very courteous photographers. Unfortunately, that lovely experience was diminished when we realized the prices that they were charging for them. In this day and age when photos are a dime a dozen, they wanted almost $200 for ten photos that we picked out. We ended up narrowing it down to 3 since we had taken so many of our own. We would return if invited to another destination wedding there, and some of the other Sandals Resorts do look very enticing. It was a great time and a great wedding in a lovely country!

Here with a group of friends and I must say it has been amazing. First time at an all inclusive and I can’t say enough about the entertainment and staff here. Lady Ruth is exceptional. The way she approaches you just makes your day. King James is amazing and full of energy. The sunset here is gorgeous. The rooms are spectacular. Would definitely recommend anybody to come.

Great staff and beautiful property. Our 3rd time to SN and 13th Sandals overall. Stayed in the new Bamboo Grove swim-up room and couldn’t have had a better experience. These rooms are beautiful and we had everything we needed right from our room. Bonus…pool is heated. We were also just a few steps from the piano bar area where we had the pleasure of meeting Chris and Chrisanny. Chris always remembered my husband’s drink (was pouring it as we were walking up) and made me his special, which was SO good! Chris was always working the bar, with a smile, making sure everyone had what they needed. Chrisanny always had a smile as well and was quick to make sure we had what we needed aka full drinks. Sunsets are amazing, enjoyed our walks off property and down the beach. Brava restaurant is amazing food. Try it…you will not be disappointed. We dined here 3 times. Also enjoyed Kimonos and Bayside. SN never disappoints.
