Excellent Hotel, amazing staff,😍friendly , kind and highly professional the service exceeded my expectations if you ask for anything they will do it immediately it is a real piece of mind your place get reserved with towels as soon as you enter their private secure beach This is one of the best hotel i visited it was my first experience and my daughter in Jamaica.The place is very clean the food is very well presented with a moderate valuable variety and was so delicious the people in the front desk, room service, restaurant and the kitchen are genuinely nice including the best creative chef with his special shows the rooms are made like a cabana in the mid of the forest which give the place a gorgeous atmosphere and if you’re so sweet like us you might attract some ants to chill 😊 i recommend this place for family as well couples don’t forget to go in catamaran and visit the cascades, Riki’s cafe, etc it worth the price you can visit the city and the market place .. A big Thank you to everyone in this hotel who makes my vacation so special ♥️♥️

Our Air Canada flight was cancelled ＜24 hours before our check in at the resort. We immediately contacted ******* and the resort to cancel our stay, hours before our expected check in time. It took the resort over 2 weeks to respond, despite several attempts at contacting them, and they denied any refund and still charged us 100% for a trip we were not able to go on. We’re extremely disappointed because we wanted to go here in the future and were really looking forward to this vacation, but that will absolutely not be happening anymore because of their abhorrent lack of customer service and empathy.

We visited this property for the 1st time in 2001 and loved it. We loved it just the same this time. It is a very romantic setting. The staff was great! However, the rooms could use a bit of an upgrade. There very little options for latw night snacks. As well as better lunch options at the beach bar. These were the only negatives.

Smoking is now a hassle on the beach. Hot tub was out of order again as it was on our last visit. Good things do come to an end. Will be our last trip to Sunset at the Palm. Our 10th visit

The property was gorgeous and very peaceful. The staff however always seemed put out when you asked for something. Except the front desk, they were exceptionally kind everytime we went to them. But all the bartenders seemed bothered when you went up to order something. The beach was so pretty and the resort was about 20 minutes from plenty of fun shopping and other nice restaurants.

The staff was absolutely amazing-special shout out to: Jason, Tammy, Annika and Lynette. Property was beautiful and lush. Both the pool and the beach were absolutely amazing. Food was always great and consistent. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Overall, a great experience and would strongly recommend. Everyone’s friendly and the property is outright beautiful.

Me and my wife have been all over the world but we found this hidden paradise gem and we couldn’t have asked for anything more . The staff are exceptional people and will cater to any needs you have or advice on anything in the area . The facilities are absolutely relaxed and the pool area is very amazing . They also have great entertainment every single night . It’s not a big hotel club scene so don’t expect that but just relaxing and enjoying the amazing food and the chefs showcase was beyond our expectations . The jungle bungalows are so amazing it’s 2 stories up so you feel like your floating on your balcony . Overall is a 10/10 on everything we didn’t encounter one single thing that we didn’t like to be honest . It’s not the place it’s the people and these people are about the best and kindest on this planet . Enjoy .

“Beautiful property! It truly feels like you are surrounded by nature — quiet, romantic, and perfect for relaxing. The service and food are excellent. Breakfast could be improved since it’s always the same, but they do have a nice coffee bar and mimosas! The Chef is so dedicated to sharing the best of their culture that it feels like having your own personal chef. I can’t wait to come back! And the beach… ahhhh, simply the best. They also offer a 6-hour catamaran trip that you will absolutely love.”
