Outstanding
Ggibo_27Location is good as it is in the city proper - situated beside the famous capitol lagoon and just few walks away from Ayala mall.
The room is just the right size - not too spacious though but has the basics- study table, kettle, fridge, hot shower is also availbale but not hot enough. Staffs are good and very courteous and attentive.
Breakfast buffet is available and has a wide variety of food - also changes menu for the next days which is good. Their hot chocolate is creamy and not too sweet which is also good.
They have a pool available in the 2nd floor, also a gym and spa area. Also, one of the higlights will be the rooftop bar where you can chill with their classic and signature cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. It also has a good view of the capitol lagoon especially at night.
Overall a good experience, we were just not approved for a 3-hour late check out even if we are willing to pay. Have not seen much people checking-in that day as it is a Monday so not sure if they are fully fully booked for that day.
TTracing the TraceysThe hotel was so accommodating and helpful. We booked the large room because in the app it says there’s 2 king beds in it. As a group of 3 we were beyond excited thinking we would have so much space. We were disappointed to find out it’s only one king bed and there’s no way we can have additional bed due to the restrictive space of the room. Thankfully the medium room has 2 full size beds and the attending staff suggested it to us. Although it’s a downgrade, the room didn’t feel like it at all. It was still roomy and spacious and didn’t make us feel claustrophobic compared to the large nest. It doesn’t make sense, but the medium is bigger than the large 😆😅. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. They really compensated us and didn’t charge for the extra meal since only 2 meals were supposedly included in the booking.
LLorren A.We stayed one night at Takatuka Beach and had a wonderful experience! The room was magnificent so nice, clean, and uniquely designed. The food was absolutely delicious, and their sauce was fantastic! Everyone working there was friendly, approachable, and made us feel very welcome. The pool was spotless they clean it every day and the kids had so much fun swimming both in the pool and at the beach. I love how peaceful and calm the whole place feels, with the resort located right in front of the beach. We enjoyed it so much that I’ve already booked our next vacation here in July! Highly recommended! 🥰
GGuest UserThe location is good for a good time like company outing, over weekend beach fun. It’s about 6 kilometers from the city proper. Not good idea if you don’t have service as it’s far from the main road. The road is not quite easy it’s a rough not cemented, but the place is worth to spend the weekend, the room is spacious, ac is working fine, no internet while I was there, had a tv with movies available, there is a water heater for a shower, unfortunately it’s not working when I was check in, no sink in the bathroom, bring your toiletries as it’s not provided. The staff and the owner is very accommodating so it was worth to stay. But I cannot recommend for a tourist or just town visiting a little harder to move around, oh by the way if your allergic to dog be careful they 2 big one, but really polite and friendly not a problem at all.
MmcspikyI recently stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod, and overall, it was an OK experience. The breakfast buffet was great—surprisingly good for an ”inn” since it felt more like a hotel. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to SM Bacolod, which made everything accessible.
A couple of minor inconveniences: you have to refill your own water bottle, which isn’t a huge deal but still worth noting. Also, when we first went for breakfast, they mistakenly insisted that I had only paid for two people, which was a bit frustrating. And finally, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, which could be a disaster depending on your situation—definitely not ideal!
Despite these small hiccups, it was a decent stay. Would I come back? Maybe. If they fix the bathroom door, then sure!
LLady KwenadiAcacia Hotel Bacolod is a well-regarded accommodation in Bacolod City, Philippines, known for its comfortable rooms, attentive service, and convenient location.
Location and Accessibility
Situated near major shopping centers like SM City Bacolod and Ayala Malls, the hotel offers guests easy access to retail options. Its proximity to the seaport is advantageous for travelers planning trips to Iloilo. Despite being close to these hubs, the hotel is located in a quiet area, providing a peaceful environment away from city noise.
Accommodation and Amenities
The room I stayed in was spacious and offered a stunning sea view of the port, which was a highlight of my visit. While the hotel provides modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, it does feel dated, much like many hotels in the Philippines.
Service and Hospitality
The staff at Acacia Hotel Bacolod were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced the overall experience.
Overall Experience
Acacia Hotel Bacolod combines comfort, convenience, and quality service. Its strategic location, hospitable staff, and pleasant rooms make it a solid choice for travelers visiting Bacolod City. Their facilities are dated though but that’s the case with most hotels in this country.
AAnonymous UserStaff were a little hard to talk to but everything else was perfect and I can't wait to spend the night there with my partner again. The buffet breakfast was great as well, lots of choices. The hotel room was my favorite, felt like paradise with how comfy and relaxing it was.
EEstradaMariaThe staff are really good and helpful and location is also good. These compensate for the outdated room and boring plated breakfast. If you are not in a rush it's better to eat out for breakfast.
KKeith VincentAvenue Suites in Bacolod offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. Breakfast was satisfying, with a good variety of options to start the day right. The hotel also features a pool, which adds to the overall experience, perfect for unwinding after a long day. With great service, cleanliness, and excellent amenities, Avenue Suites is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for quality accommodation in Bacolod.
JJ Christopher PerezThe room is clean. Most of the room design is made of marble. It’s an old design but classy. I like the place because its near the mall and Manukan country which is known for Bacolod’s chicken Inasal. Staffs are very accomodating!
