Breakfast is provided which is convenient but the rate for the breakfast is a little steep. The pool and gym area is nice. The room upgrade was nice too from economy to standard. The room is clean and spacious too.

Excellent stay at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod! Modern rooms, comfy beds, and spotless cleanliness impressed me. Friendly staff provided top-notch service. I bought my own breakfast, which is more expensive and not worth it. The hotel facilities are too old, there are too few sockets, and there are no slippers and face towels. Nearby is a bar street, a bit noisy.

Expensive for what you got. The room was boring. The food was expensive at the hotel. You were not allowed to bring water or anything else. Have staying at better hotels for half the price. Gets 4 out of 10 from us

The local resort is considered to be a relatively large resort, but the weather is not good, others are very good.

A very homely and loving hotel filled with very hospitable and friendly staff. Location is very convenient and accessible to restaurants shopping malls (SM) and many eateries. Few staff are exceptional in their service rendered. They are Alexandra Diose and Dijordan who have made my stay more enjoyable and memorable. Overall all the staff have done a very good job with their service oriented approach and mindset throughout my stay from 25Dec24 to 04Jan25 ( 10 nights ) .
