酒店在火車站附近，鬧中取靜，屬於當地最好的賓館之一，連續幾年都住在這裏。性價比很高。早餐也非常豐富。建議早餐要不斷變換花樣，不要十幾年如一……

商務出差住了三晚上，因為帶着孩子老婆，預訂了一間親子房（一張大床，一張單人）讓服務人員送雙一次性拖鞋，告知收費3元，而且樓層服務態度極差，房間衞生打掃也是很差，不願意再住第二次！

先不説酒店這個環境差，那房間還趕不上小旅館
特別是前台的服務員，辦事又邋遢，態度又差，一問三不知，脾氣又大，要不是訥河沒有別的酒店，不會住這家，那前台回回跟個怨婦一樣

衞生間異味較大，整體體驗不是很滿意，開發票環節不能開專票，衹能開普票（還不能出具不能開專票證明）如果開專票的快遞費用需要客人承擔
