Very surprised to find that this Hotel does not have Ice to serve. They booked for one category but gave a room of a different category. Property is good but management is poor. The beach in front is full of stones and rocks. It is not a beach. Little disappointed.

We stayed for one night at Pearl Park resort on 17th January 2025. Check In process was delayed over 2 hours. Guests who came in after us were allotted rooms. When we asked the manager, he replied so harshly saying he will decide who gets the room and when. When asked why our check in is delayed, Staff did not even give reasons. Arrogant staff, Front end staff including the manager were very rude to us. After almost two hours of waiting Had to call my tour operator Journey Empires at Port Blair to explain the situation. Finally they interfered, to get our room allotted. Room No. 402, Pool facing rooms were given to us. When we checked in we realised, Western Toilet was broken below and had leakage. This led to extreme sewage stench smells inside the room. We informed the house keeping immediately. They just sprayed room freshener and went. The problem continued even after that. When asked for a room change, the manager refused to even talk to us and denied room change. Rudely replied saying anyways you are going to check out tomorrow, so adjust and stay. Entire night our family had to bear the Toilet smell and couldn't sleep due to the problem. We felt extremely let down due to their attitude. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone I took the tour through #JourneyEmpires, Port Blair. I hope both the resort and the tour operator take our feedback in the right note and look into this please.

Only highlight of this property is the location and the room except bathroom. It is very near to laxmanpur beach. Food options in their buffet are very limited and bad. I asked for butter roti in a dinner and they said in buffet only plain roti is provided. Bathroom is also extremely and doesn't look like a hotel bathroom. They don't know the meaning of hospitality.

Pros Nice property. Good location. The rooms are pretty big and have a wonderful balcony. The sunset point is right beside the hotel. Cons Horrible resturant. Served rotten fish for lunch. Order for fish fry but it was more of a salt fry. I even had a stomach upset after eating that and had to skip dinner.

Its been great experience to stay at Pearl park resort. I have never experienced such a lovely and helpfull staff. I lost my phone at their resort. They kept trying for three days after i left the resort and send my phone at my home. Food bar and amenities was superb. Must visit place

Room flooring is old and damaged. Bathroom fittings are damaged. Reception staff and even manager is not helpful. Pool is not clean. Water level is low. No matter of choosing Super deluxe room with sea view and pool view it is a waste of money. Food option in breakfast is very less. 1) Room is old, furniture is poor, not as per 4 star category 2) Wash basin coupling is missing 3) Shower Net is missing 4) Mixer is inappropriate 5) Bath tub is not clean. 6) They are not providing hand wash. 7) Swimming pool is not clean and even water level is low. 8) Broken benches at pool side Overall Worst experience......

Quiet place on lakshmanpur beach so the sunset point is just behind your hotel. The food quality was absolutely good and very much kids friendly. The breakfast buffet had many options as per everyones need. The overall rooms were above average as it is a remote area. Best experience
