起初體驗非常差，我預訂的兩室一廳的四人間，到了給我説沒有了衹有四張床在一個客廳的通間，我説網上圖片裏沒有看到這個房型呀，沒給我留房間嗎？前台説本身就是兩種房型，網上衹有其中一種照片。因為我們是老少三代人，所以住在一個通間不合適，要求換成兩個標間。前台又説讓我退了重買，這種時候臨時通知我四人間的特殊情況又在價格上漲的時候讓我退了重買，不能接受。中間通過攜程協調，經過一小時後終於把四人通間改成了裡外間。我一直要求四人間給我換成兩人間也行，開始前台讓我自己買，後來攜程介入後又告我沒房。等解決完我看各大平台都掛出來了空房，這不就是欺詐麼，如果不讓攜程介入我要損失多少！還一副你投訴我也沒辦法的樣子，簡直體驗太差！後續攜程溝通十分給力，給攜程大大的贊！對攜程的印象深刻好評，客人的強大有力後盾！入住後的體驗除了隔音一般以外，其他還好。所以要給入住後的服務點分數。位置離恐龍園、內鄉縣衙和鎮平距離都是中心位置，才選擇的這裏，恐怕不會再復購了。

臨近五一假期，難得還能訂到房間，而且還是4人間的套房，房間超級大，二百多的價格在五一期間也是性價比很高了。酒店裝修風格比較中式，特別適合帶父母或者家庭親子出行旅遊，該有的設施全都有，樓下是酒店內部停車場，停車安心且方便，早餐4熱2涼，每天菜品都不一樣，另外還有麪包小菜，麪食雜糧炒飯也都有，還能現做米線，比起很多同價位酒店強不少。前台接待和保潔大姐服務非常好，儘可能的滿足我們的需求，比如多給拿了不少衣架供我們晾衣服，還有為方便我們充電專門送來一個插線板等等，很感謝。
説説缺點吧，個人感覺有一點是酒店內部裝修年頭應該比較久了，衞生狀況一般，木地板有一些都已經翹起來了，牆上插座開關有個別的需要維修或者更換。另外就是房間內部隔出來的小房間，床頭牆上沒有插座，燈光控制開關在隔間外面的牆上，還有那個排風扇是真的吵，衹能早上起來開一會兒換換氣。
總體來説酒店還是不錯的，有缺點，但問題不大，主打一個性價比，特別是全家出遊，需要多床位和大空間的朋友，還是非常值得選擇的。

酒店前台服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。酒店雖在機場附近但一點也感覺不到嘈雜。環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔。下次還會選擇。
