The perfect place to relax. It's an extremely clean, quiet hotel, the swimming pool is an asset for the colder days, the pool hours for children may be a less pleasant point, but for those travelling without children it's perfect. The breakfast is very good, the Tertúlia restaurant serves delicious meals, as does the Bistro. Everything is perfect. I recommend the spa, Turkish bath (shame there's no eucalyptus smell in an area with so much vegetation, they could have taken that into account), and the sauna. The massages are marvellous. The most important thing I want to emphasise is the hotel staff. Attentive, careful, always with a smile. We felt at home! Thank you all, you stay in my heart!

All team is amazing. Really good experience with family or in couple. 5* experience. Breakfast with high quality and local products. Good restaurants near the hotel. TERTULIA restaurant is an excelent option for dinner. Everything well designed and focused on the customer.

We would like to thank all the members of the staff (all without exception) for their friendliness, education and incredible kindness, as they help to provide a memorable stay. It is a “baby” hotel that has just opened, and like any growth there are small details (which are not even important to highlight) that need to be improved, but they are part of the process and do not affect (at all) the stay. The rooms are of good quality and comfort, everything is very well structured... and the swimming pool... well... it has a wonderful view over the mountains.

Não gostei da vista nem da localização do hotel , hotel mesmo em cima da casa do vizinho. Pequeno almoço bom, restaurante Purpulio bom, spa falta jacuzi e podia ser melhor para um hotel 4 estrelas. Cama confortável, casa de banho falta onde pendurar as toalhas. Pensei que fosse melhor hotel, qualidade preço é fraco.

Hotel bem localizado com instalações cómodas e modernas. Simpatia e profissionalismo de todos os colaboradores, seja na receção serviço de quartos ou pequeno almoço. Ótima piscina interior comunicante com o exterior e com sauna e banho turco no mesmo espaço, exclusivos para os hóspedes do hotel e com horário alargado. Spa muito bom Restaurante tertúlia no hotel com boa comida, bom serviço por um preço justo. Hotel amigo de animais mas com custo elevado para estes

Para começar, em relação aos quartos, excelentes, muito confortáveis, uma varanda incrível com vista para a Serra da Estrela. Casas de banho espaçosas. Em relação a comida, no jantar tivemos um problema, comida fria e apenas 2 funcionários a servir. No pequeno almoço tudo muito bom. Depois aproveitamos os serviços do SPA. Sauna, banho turco e piscina interior quentinha tudo ao mais alto nível. Foi pena terem a piscina exterior fechada. Mas a piscina interior tinha massagens e contava também com um chuveiro de água quente e fria. No geral a nossa curta estadia foi muito boa. Recomendo !

Hotel super confortável, acolhedor, ideal para relaxar. O SPA é óptimo pelo que recomendo a experiência. O pequeno almoço é muito completo com muita qualidade. O staff é super eficiente e simpático. O Bistro muito bom mas faltam uns saca rolhas de reserva para poder emprestar aos hóspedes quando solicitado. Quanto à limpeza, nota 10! Resumidamente, é um hotel de paragem obrigatória!
