Hotel is situated in good location. Amenities are okay. Basic things were not provided unless they are asked for even after booking the suite room. Before allocating the room at-least some one from the housekeeping should check the room. Food was terrible. Outside food from any restaurent in nellore will be good. Food quality was disgusting. Never expected food in nellore that too in minerva would be terrible. Better to book other hotels for stay as many number of hotels have come up in nellore.

It is not like 4 star hotel. There was urine smell in the toilet and not cleaned properly. Even after complaining, they just spray the freshner. Lot of strain in the bed spread. Damage in floor. But the restaurant staffs were very polite and helpful. Food is good

Breakfast is also nice, reception boys responding was good & all services are good and one small issue hot water prblm

The stay was good. Last year i have been as well to the same place. This is my second time staying in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects. The complimentary breakfast was also good. The only concern was with a bit tight parking but still manageable. Thanks to the inn hotel.
