I had a wonderful stay at the beginning of September at this lovely boutique establishment while visiting Nelspruit to take care of some personal admin. The name truly reflects its lush, green surroundings, with beautiful gardens that feel like an oasis. You hardly feel like you’re in the city at all. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with both a large bathtub and a shower. Another highlight was that they welcomed my precious pup, Spunky, for a small additional fee, which was a definite win in my book. Breakfast was divine, offering a mix of classic continental options, omelettes, and a few creative dishes thoughtfully prepared by the chef. Every staff member I met was warm, welcoming, and full of good energy, greeting guests with bright smiles and genuine kindness. For anyone looking for an efficient stopover or a peaceful longer stay, somewhere quiet yet conveniently close to everything you need, this is the perfect spot. Thank you for making my stay such a lovely experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Leaves Lodge and Spa. After having a terrible day, I arrived at Leaves Lodge and things turned around. I was greeted by incredibly friendly staff. Check-in process was very smooth. And I was shown to my room by security (as it was already dark). The room was very spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. The Charlotte Rhys toiletries was just the cherry on top!! I had a wonderful night's rest that gave me the strength to continue supporting my husband in hospital. Thank you so much!

I checked in late due to business commitments (round about 8:00PM) I couldn't get the TV to work, and after about an hour asked the night shift to assist, but no luck. Afterwards I decided to sit on the balcony, but the light had some problem and was flashing so no luck there. The following evening when I got back the TV was sorted out, but still had the problem with the light on the balcony. I decided to make coffee but somehow the milk that was in the fridge when I left in the morning was gone, so I had to go down and ask the night shift for some. Regarding the amenities, I had been in a 4 star establishment the week before, the room was much smaller, but there was a gown and slippers for guests in the room, which I didn't have here. Other than that, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the food was very tasty and well prepared.

Really enjoyed our stay at Leaves - breakfast was very well prepared and the waitress was attentive, helped with special requests and always smiling. The lodge was quick to respond to special requests like a quick check in, an extra duvet and early breakfast.

Overall bad stay due to staff communications, room issues and poor planning on booking details - had to constantly explain the booking and meals included to staff and proof the details with multiple levels.

It was rather inconvenient to staying at Lodge as I was travelling for work and I could not access the WIFI as my room was the furthest to the Wi-Fi antenna. Please consider improving the network reception if possible
