Private: natural garden. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (41 steps) to the house. Parking. Shop 3 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2.8 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop "Basse-Nendaz, Saclentz" 1.1 km, railway station "Sion" 13.7 km. Tennis 4 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, ski bus stop 1.4 km, children's playground 3.8 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz tracouet 3.2 km, Siviez 4 Vallées 6.5 km. Hiking paths: Les Bisses d'en bas Nendaz 100 m. Please note: car recommended. "Boletus", 4-room chalet 65 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated in 2024, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall.
