This beautiful two bed south facing villa in the private urbanisation of San Juan de Capistrano benefits from fantastic sea views. Sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin room). There is a sofa bed in the lounge. Additional bed linen can be provided on request. NOTE - NEW BATHROOM FOR 2022. The bathroom has been updated and modernised (see photos) to include a large walk in rain shower. Both bedrooms have sea views and open out onto a large terrace. The kitchen has been modernised and has a washing machine, oven, hob and dishwasher. The terrace has a large comfortable seating area and a table for outdoor dining. There is also a small private garden. There is a shared pool, a short walk from the villa with two pool bars/restaurants and also a children's pool area. The town is within walking distance and there is also a regular local bus service and reliable taxis. Nerja has 5 beaches to choose from including the lovely Burriana beach which is the largest and has bars and restaurants along the front.
