Just perfect. Very nice place. Julian was the best host. Julian helped us book table for the best Paella in town. We would recommend this for every visitor! The Hostal is very cosy . There is a basic kitchen with stuff free of use. Beds was amazing for sleeping. Thank you Julian. - see you again!

A wonderful home from home in a quiet street just a 5 minute walk away from the centre and the beach. Julien and Amber are very welcoming and friendly and the place is clean and very comfortable… The little garden at the back of the property is a great little sun trap and has a small pool to cool off in on hot days… Will be back soon

I had a wonderful stay at Hostal Lorca in Nerja! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Julien, in particular, was especially kind and made sure everything went smoothly. The pool area is a lovely little oasis – perfect for a refreshing dip or relaxing with a book in the sun. The hostal is also in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and close to the charming old town. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, good vibes, and a perfect base to explore Nerja. Would definitely come back!

Julien and Ambre are incredibly welcoming! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the place itself is full of charm. It’s perfectly located in Nerja, and they shared some amazing local spots with us (from great tapas bars to scenic places worth visiting!). They quickly understood what we were looking for and made sure our stay was just right. Highly recommend! Extra points for the cold beer they offered us upon arrival after a long week on the motorbike: it was exactly what we needed!

The hosts were very friendly and so helpful. The room was comfortable, and even though a very well equipped kitchen was available, we decided to eat out. I wish it had been a little warmer because the sunny patio with loungers around the pool was very inviting. The location was perfect- just a 5-10 stroll to everything including the inexpensive public parking lot.

It was a really nice and calm hostel, the owners are very lovely and helpfull. They always want you to relax and feel calm. I also like the system of the hostel with the shared kitchen and the shared living room! I really enjoyed it and I highly recommend it!

A lovely old house converted in a hotel with a great pool. A lovely welcome from the owners who invite you to treat it as your own home . Julian and Amber had great tips for enjoying Nerja . The room was beautifully clean and the bed very comfy . Would definitely recommend

We loved Hostal Lorca. It was exactly what we needed - it’s a lovely house with comfortable rooms, perfect location just outside the busy middle of town but only 5 minutes walk and with some of the best restaurants round the corner. Bus station is only 3 mins away too which is very convenient. Julien and Amber are wonderful hosts. We enjoyed chatting and hearing how they ended up in Nerja, and Julien was full of good recommendations for where to eat and visit in Nerja. The place feels very welcoming and guests are very well looked after, but you always have your own space. It’s a lovely little oasis and we’ll definitely be back - many thanks!
