Been in Nerja many times. This is the only place I would go back to and this is my first full day. Great location, lovely room, great shower. So happy to be here for four weeks. Solo traveller, don’t like resort hotels. This is perfect.

El peor hostal donde me he alojado en Nerja. Hay muchos más y mejores que este. No merece la pena el precio Hay que pagar en efectivo si no no te dejan entrar No hay secador y el frigo y el microondas no los aconsejo usar La almohada peor que las antiguas de picos

Nuestra experiencia fue regulinchi. Fuimos cuando más calor hacía y nuestra sorpresa fue que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, no tenía enchufe. Se lo reclamamos al señor encargado y su respuesta fue que abriésemos las ventanas. Perdona pero si hemos pagado por un servicio creo que esa no era la respuesta. Y en cuanto a la habitación, sucia y muy viejo todo.

Llegamos el sábado 23 de julio. Para empezar no tenían idea de que llegábamos y teníamos la reserva confirmada desde abril. Nos ofrece la habitación de otra pareja que llegaba ese mismo día y nos pretendía cobrar el precio de dicha pareja siendo superior al que nosotras contratamos. Cuando nos negamos, este "señor" llamado Manolo, monto en cólera y no solo no nos ayudó sino que nos faltó al respeto y pretendía déjarnos en la calle sin tener otra opción para pasar la noche en Nerja. Pedimos hoja de reclamaciones y también se negó a darnosla... Finalmente contactamos con Marina, ayudante del hostal y de forma más amable nos presto solución al problema y pudimos quedarnos en la habitación al precio contratado. No recomiendo este alojamiento para nada, si queréis disfrutar de Nerja, buscad otro sitio donde la amabilidad, la competencia, organizacion y el respeto no brillen por su ausencia.
